We have been waiting since September to get our screen repaired and a screen for our door. We were told there was a problem getting the screening until November. No problem. However it is now mid-February and nothing. Calls are returned sporadically and twice we were told that Chad would be here. We waited all day. No Chad, no phone call he wasn't coming and our call was not returned. Disappointed.

Quality 1st Aluminum put up a 12×40 elite insulated roof on our Lani near our pool. The quality of work, materials stainless nuts & bolts were very encouraging. I've seen many lani's where the bolts have rusted causing some maintenance issues. We have had our elite roof now, for nearly three years. No leaks and looks as good as it did since day one. We are attaching a pool enclosure and attaching it to the lani. Quality 1st Aluminium will be installing our enclosure. Highly recommend this company, they are neat, on time and deliver on their promises.
