Montague Inn

Very dissatisfying experience, both with the dining and the lodging.
We booked two rooms, neither of which locked. The carpet was very old and had crusted material embedded into it in spots. There was mold in the bathroom. Pillows made us sneeze throughout the night. We were awoken multiple times by neighboring guests upstairs as well as headlights illuminating our room at 2am through very thin curtains facing the parking lot.
Our food was not disgusting but was obviously not fresh. It also was brought out nearly an hour after ordering. I had to change my order to to-go and didn't have time to

Very nice Bar tender! She made a Fantastic icecream Sunday! Definitely recommend this place when on the hill!!

First time in the area riding quads & exploring. One of the best bar/ restaurant experiences I've had!
chicken quesadilla's we had were amazing and the service was even better!

Room was good. Food was really good and staff were friendly. Limited menu and tables due to covid but still a great stay

Use to be my favorite place to grab a burger but after last trip I will look elsewhere. Definitely has gone downhill with quality

Stay here for a week every January while sledding. Nothing fancy about rooms.. but adequate. Food is good. Jen and Steve are hospitable.
