My wife and I bought some residential land through Debra that involved drilling for a well. We've worked with a lot of realtors and she is one of the best. When we first met Debra to interview her as our realtor, she came prepared with market analysis, comps and a detailed plan on how to market our home. The other realtors we had met with prior to Debra did not impress us with their market knowledge and business acumen.
During the sales process, Debra stayed on top of everything that was going on related to showings, offers and counteroffers and maintained contact with us on essentially a daily basis.

Debra LeMore was the best realtor we have ever worked with. She takes the time to go over comps for you and explains all of the processes so you understand. Debra gave us several tips to do before showings started. She always said "think designer home staging". So we worked very hard to do as she asked and we had a contract for full price in just the first showing and on the first day!!!!!! So if you want fast results do as she says and give Debra a call and she will get-er-done.

Debra LeMore is definitely a 5 star realtor. She is also incredibly personable. On top of being exceptionally good at her job I felt like a friend after the first showing and certainly is a friend now. I was very picky when it came to finding my home. It took numerous showings. Debra spent about 9 months sending us properties listed on the MLS to review. This gave us time to see what the market was doing and to decide if putting our house on the market was really what we wanted. When we finally made the decision we followed her lead and had an appraisal done to be sure we were pricing it correctly. Best money we could have spent.
