My son has been going to Rebel for a year. The transformation in his confidence and overall health has been incredible. The coaches are amazing- it’s very clear that they‘re passionate about what they do and they genuinely care about each of the kids. The gym has a family feel- egos are checked at the door. It takes a village to raise a family and we are very lucky that the Rebel team is part of our village. My only regret is not signing my son up sooner.

Great people, great coaches, great training.
Legit Muay Thai training with experienced coaches on LI. I've been going 3x a week for almost two months, and the workouts have been spectacular. Definitely not your standard boring monotonous "pick things up and put them down" workout, the coaches change it up regularly and provide a great mix of intense workouts and expert technique instruction.
I've never field singled out or embarrassed by my skill level - no egos, just training and positive attitudes. I recommend (and will continue to recommend) this gym to anyone and everyone who asks (and probably

I got tired of bodybuilding so I went and tried a strength & conditioning class here. Let me just say HOLY CRAP! I'm lucky I was athletic Because there's no way I would have made it through otherwise. I'm hooked and go 5 days a week. Staff is cool and will help you improve your form if you ask. From my experience in bodybuilding I'm confident in saying that with a solid diet, the fat will just melt right off as long as do the work and don't quit. Best of luck

Thai rebel boxing is a awesome place to learn and shed some weight. Trainers are informative and the atmosphere is welcoming. I've never done any martial arts in my life, never stepped into a gym. I must say this is a great first hand experience and is highly recommended. Shout out to Leo one of the coaches, good guy!

Today was my first ever Muay Thai class. I have zero experience but wanted to challange myself at 40. Leo was patient and took time to teach me the basics and was a great instructor. The gym was clean and well organized. Cant wait for the next class.

The large Rebel Thai Boxing is a great spot in Long Island for authentic Muay Thai. The classes get busy in the evening and is a decent mix of men and women. There is always a good ratio of teacher to student.
All of the instructors are fight trained and ring experienced. More than a handful have been to Thailand to get real deal training. There is a strong link between Rebel and the technical Sitjaopho gym in Hua Hin.
The owner of the gym, Eddie Cuello, is a New York native and you can tell from his approachable but straight forward manner. He trained for a long time out of Sitan Gym with Aziz

Real, legitimate Muay Thai gym with the most friendliest atmosphere. Often times martial arts gyms can be intimidating and cliquey. Not this place! The staff are well educated and professional as well as extremely helpful. I am from out of town and this gym took care of everything I needed to train. The multiple instructors on site also give you their fullest attention and you instantaneously feel like a part of their team. Fellow members are also inviting and encouraging. I've been to numerous gyms across North America and this one is one of the best. Highly recommend if you want to obtain the

Been looking for a legit Muay Thai gym with a sunday schedule because of my days off. Not many schools offered but this place does. Coach Eddie runs a tight ship and runs a legit no BS school where his fighters regularly fight in the ring. So come here if you are serious about Muay Thai.

Are you looking to get fit & learn traditional Muay Thai techniques? Well look no further! I went for a free trial lesson & was hooked from the get go. They saw that I had a little experience just by seeing me wrap my hands & put me in with the regular class. Let's just say I was exhausted (in a good way) after the trial! Everyone is very friendly & helpful. All levels come to class, from fighters to beginners and the coaches there make sure you get a really good workout! By going there 3 times a week for a month & 1/2, I even lost close to 20 lbs & 2 inches off my

I started at Sitan Gym in July of 2015 with main goals of loosing weight; learning self-defense was an added bonus. I made this decision after realizing that it became harder each year to loose the holiday pounds just by jogging and lifting weights. I have done 5K in the past and running was getting boring. The results became harder to achieve year after year.

I read the reviews on yelp and decided to give it a try for their 3 month summer special which included hand wraps and a pair of boxing gloves (a nice added bonus and value). I have a busy schedule as do most of us, thus seeing the array

I tried a couple of Muay Thai gyms before I finally chose Sitan. It is definitely one of the best gyms for Muay Thai. The coaches are all very helpful and friendly and take time correcting your form. The place is very clean and spacious. You are guaranteed a great workout in both the Muay Thai classes and the strength and conditioning classes. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Sitan Gym is clean, affordable, and conveniently located in central Nassau County. The coaches are friendly and definitely know their stuff. There’s plenty of classes to choose from - whether you’re a beginner or at an advanced level. They have a great kids program for those of you with little ones and the gym is women- friendly as well, so ladies, you need not be intimidated.
In addition to traditional Muay Thai classes, they also have Strength and Conditioning classes with Coach Dave three times a week. He really pushes you to work hard and explains the correct way to do an exercise, the

Having never taken any martial arts courses in my life before let alone Muay Thai, I decided to take up their summer 3 month special pricing which included all the necessary equipment. First off, THE PLACE IS CLEAN! it is incredible the amount of work the people of this gym put into it. Everything and everyone was very professional to the point where it felt as if I should've paid more than what they were asking for the services I received. Their adult Muay Thai program is absolutely top notch and overall very professional. Eddie was extremely patient and helped me out each step of the way (I'm

As an older female I was a little nervous at first about joining. I had purchased a groupon at another gym in the area and I seriously only went to one class because I attended a class and was expected to do everything the experienced people were doing and they got miffed that I wasn't able to keep up.. Sitan Gym LI made sure that I DIDNT feel intimidated. There were advanced members in the class but beginners were taken to the side and given separate instruction. We are sometimes paired off with more experienced members but these members are very supportive and encourage you in your training

Stopped by and the place was legit. Had a ring and heavy bags, everything a traditional Muay Thai gym should have. The instructors are great and the vibe was awesome. I highly recommend this gym to anyone in Long Island looking to get fit or compete in Muay Thai to check out this gym.

Great Muay Thai gym in Long Island. Eddie's a great teacher and really pushes you to work as hard as you can and makes sure you learn proper technique and maintain form no matter how tired you are. It's an amazing workout. The gym is kept clean and everyone's very friendly. Plus, not having a contract is huge.

Congratulations to Sitan Gym in LI - They finally opened up a world class facility in Long Island where you can train in Muay Thai with experienced trainers and get the results you want. I've known Eddie, Aziz and Mike and the guys over there for a LONG time and the level of knowledge is outstanding. They will help you get to your goals immediately!
