Services
Each Condo Board works directly with a Community Association Manager. All of our Community Association Managers offer a minimum of five years of direct client experience, portfolios between $1.5 and $2 million and many have industry certifications like the Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA from CAMICB) or the Association Management Specialist (AMS from CAI).
We've worked with some of region's most successful developers. From the early planning of the document generation to budget models and projections to helping sales staff navigate the intricacies of Association operations in the communities they are selling in, our experienced staff has it covered. Guiding Developers during the planning and development phases of their condo communities is where we truly excel.

Omni is horrible to deal with.
Excuse after excuse and only enforce violations that they choose to deal with.

I have lived in Reynolds Crossing for a little over a year. I have to rate Omni as a 1 out of 10. they do not perform their duties. paid extra to get plans for screened porch. Day 31 called and asked where approval was? Was told they had e-mailed me. No they had not. They do no follow up on work that has been done. have neighbors storing trash in front of house. Have reported several times. N o response or action taken. Have fences that are put up but not per design request approval. Have sheds in neighborhood, visible from street, even though sheds not permitted. Have fences painted red. Not

We moved to this Community about one year ago. Since then I had several notices sent to me from Abby with OMNI about various issues she has noticed. I reached to her and expressed concerns about what she was referring to and yes I was upset because she doesn't live in our community and how can she understand what's happening. She went on by say "You people should off read the agreement before moving into the areas I asked what she meant by "YOU PEOPLE" she pretend like she didn't say it and wasn't trying to offend me because of my nationality. This lady was very

If I could rate a 0 I would. This company is horrible. They force residents to keep them as their HOA by using manipulation tactics. They lie about litigation cases that prevent them from turning over the neighborhood. They drastically inflate costs of services they claim to provide which is nothing. Thousands of dollars for a raggedy Christmas wreath. The neighborhood manager Linda is horrible as well and very condescending. This association refuses to do anything about the real issues but want to nickel and dime residents about mailboxes and trash cans. If you are moving into a neighborhood and

This association is freaking awful. Wouldn't give me a break with late payments due to covid. Also moved in November didn't put our grass in till June. Didn't tell us they were putting it in we were on vacation at the time, it was pretty much dead when we got back. Weeds growing everywhere along mine and my neighbors house. I've freaking had it.

Our HOA works with Omni as the managers of our association. We have been pleased with the response from our manager, Dianna. If she is unable to answer the telephone immediately, we have received a call back as soon as she was available. She seems knowledgeable and eager to please. She keeps us informed about upcoming projects in the neighborhood to the best of her ability.

Our community is new to Omni and my initial impressions are mixed. Our COA Board switched to them earlier this year (March 2018). I will "cut them some slack" with the change from the old Condo management company. However, they are slow to answer the phone, slow to return phone calls, and their on-line ticket process does NOT inculde my community. They are "less than friendly" when they do answer their phone. Plan on holding at least 10 minutes before you are "greeted" by someone.

I attempted to resolve a billing issue with them back in March. They took my

Omni is currently demanding that persons with flag poles in their yards flying the United States and military service flags remove them immediately.

I, and a group of veterans, are in the process of legally challenging Omni and ALL HOAs that demand that flag poles and U.S. flags be removed because they violate "Community Standards" - please join this fight against your First amendment rights to free speech and your expression thereof - please express your opposition to this abuse of power and violation of the U.S. Constitution. Call Omni and calmly and legally express your outrage.
