From the east: Take 1-70 W toward Columbus, merge onto 1-71 NE, Take US-40/Broad Street exit. Turn left onto US-40 W/Broad Street. Continue to follow E Spring Street. Turn right onto Neil Ave, turn right onto New Public Lane. Turn right onto Parks Edge Place, just after the Eye Center. If you reach John H McConnell Blvd you have gone too far.
