Mr. Moretti was born and raised in the Chicagoland area. He attended Northern Illinois University where he majored in Sociology. He then attended The John Marshall Law School in Chicago and upon graduation started his own law practice, focusing primarily on representing individuals in criminal and traffic related matters.

Mr. Moretti is gentlemen and extremely professional that cares about helping in any matter you would like to resolve. I had my father that did not Speak English, he immediately reassured me he would fix his traffic citation due to an accident he had. Mr. Moretti was very understanding as he told me his father also spoke very little English. Extremely responsive and texts/calls you from his personal phone number. He completely resolved the matter. With the court dismissing the citation/ticket and avoiding this accident going to the insurance. This absolutely prevented my father's insurance rates
