I was very pleased with the speed with which my mower was picked up and repaired. However, even though the mower was under warranty, the issue with the mower was not. My mower was fixed without my permission and then I was told I owed $150 if I wanted to get the mower back. I should have been asked if I wanted to spend the funds before the work was done. I expressed this to the company and was told it was a mistake but no effort was made to give me a discount due to their error. Very disappointing.

Not very satisfied were the people. I drop a tractor wheel off 4yrs ago never did it. Goodyear in Hamilton did it for ten dollars. Their's could be more. Just saying. Next time I went to get my blades sharpen. Again the person said two to three days for the blade sharpen. NOPE! Can't wait time need is now. I went another one outside of Hightstown . Got it sharpen in 10min and cost $15 better service THAN this on. Even they good for services. My services on it in my opinion. Not very satisfied for now.

I walked in the store today with money in my pocket to buy a new chainsaw because my old one had stopped working. Two employess were at the front counter and were busy talking to one another about some recent training one of them had attended, and another worker, pushed some equipment into the store front then went into the back I stood there for about 3 to 5 min looking at the chainsaws that were on the wall, I am not a small person by any means, so i hardly doubt they could not see me there. I guess they were to busy to see if a potenial sale was at hand, and never approached or asked if i needed

Brought in my Toro self propelled mower for a normal spring tune up. Although it was the height of the tune up season, and they had a lot of commercial and residential mowers in for repairs, my mower was back in less than a week. They texted me immediately when it was ready and it was in excellent working condition. They even cleaned it up which most outfits don't bother to do. Excellent 5 star service!
