Customer service was pretty bad, could not understand the guy that answered, and apparently they closed a whole hour early? And i had asked him what the pricing is for a certain product and he said what flowers does it have, even though the product is pretty self explanatory, and he should know.

We have been coming here for years, however the few most recent times, I have been very disappointed. I liked supporting this small business, however I will definitely not be returning here. The previous time I ordered a flower delivery, they were delivered late and with little to no water. Most recently, I ordered two bouquets, with one of them definitely not being fresh and they were becoming withered on the road to our event. When telling them this, they were quite rude and said that they are supposed to be this way. I felt embarrassed giving these flowers at the event and the other bouquets
