When the work is complete, we will answer any questions and show you how it all works (if needed). House calls for internet setup or new devices are available. We also offer one follow up at no additional cost (as long as it's related to what we fixed/did). Please send us a message to inquire about prices as it will depend on what you need done.
If you need help with your computer and you know what is wrong with it, we can estimate how much it will cost to fix it. We keep in touch with you throughout the whole process so you are informed on what is happening. If you do not know what is wrong with your computer, we will do a FREE estimate and let you know the cost.
Remote access is the ability to access your computer from a remote location. There are many programs that allow users to control remote computers from their local machine. In order for a remote access connection to take place, the local machine must have the remote client software installed and the remote machine must have the remote server software installed.
We recently experienced a hard disc failure on my wife's laptop. The machine would start but not complete a boot-up. We expected the worse but emailed Meske Computer Repair with a description of the symptoms and Ingrid quickly responded that they may be able to help us. We delivered the laptop and Ingrid diagnosed a hard disc failure and gave us several options to repair the computer.

I accidentally didn't realize I needed an appointment, but they took my computer in anyway and were able to diagnose it and get it back to me in less than 24 hours. They work fast are very honest people, and while they were unfortunately unable to fix the issue, they did not charge me and were able to point me in the right direction. Would definitely choose them first in the event of another issue.

We found Meske Computer Services to be an excellent place to have your computer repaired! We were able to bring our computer by for them to identify a part we needed replaced and then take our computer back to keep the business running while parts were on their way. When the part was in, they installed it in minutes and we were happily on our way with our computer again. When your whole business life is on a computer you need a reliable resource to keep you up and running and Meske is a good one! Don't drop your computer with the Geeks for 3 weeks!
