Services
RufusTech was founded in early 2005 by a technology industry veteran with the goal of bringing a fresh approach to supporting the ever-increasing role that technology plays in our personal and professional lives. We realized we did not want to force our clients into predefined plans. Instead we wanted to listen to our clients, and tailor our plans to meet their needs.
Our phone lines are staffed Monday-Friday 8AM - 5:00 PM. Phone messages are monitored after-hours and weekends for emergency support requests. We are available for service calls on evenings and weekends, although advance planning is preferred and surcharges do apply. The office is staffed regularly from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Much of IT hardware and software potential remains unrealized in the business world and households. We strive to help companies, individuals and families get more from their existing investments, as well as carefully advising investment in the most sensible and proven technology solutions available at a given time.
RufusTech invoices are generated at the beginning of each calendar month, upon depletion of prepaid blocks of consulting hours, or upon completion of a project. Invoices are detailed, showing what services were performed, when, by which person, and with what results. Payment is due 15 days from the invoice date.
We believe in being responsible and active members of our community. As we grow, we believe that our philanthropic efforts should follow suit. We donate computer consulting time, equipment, and sponsorship dollars to organizations in our community.
