First let me say the professionalism of this shop is unmatched. I first sent an email requesting a tune up late at night and first thing in the morning I received an email about when I wanted to bring my truck in. The office manager, Lane, made sure that I was comfortable while I waied for my work to be done. She is polite and professional. When I arrived I was met with a smile and courtesy. After my truck was in the garage and Brent looked it over and gave me a list of other faults that he found that needed to be done to keep my truck on the road. My car had its hard brake line rusted out and had been turned away from multiple car shops. Labriola's Automotive was happy to help my car and did not even need my presence when the tow truck brought my car in. I just moved from Nashville to Wilmington just over a month ago. And since I’ve been here, I’ve had some serious repairs that needed to be made on my 2003 Monte Carlo! Lane (the receptionist) and Blake (the main mechanic) have gone above and beyond to help me understand the repairs that needed to be made and helped it be as cost efficient as possible. Owner, Brent Labriola, lacks basic manual diagnostic capabilities. He requires step-by-step instruction/direction with his scan tool to diagnose and fix issues a customer may be facing with their vehicle. Does not take time to show any reports, facts or proof of his process of elimination to problems. He runs his shop by creating excuses, not solutions.
Brought truck in with symptoms of sudden leaking oil, loss of power, and fuel smell in cab on startup. Brent never got under the truck to look at oil seepage. He stated he pulled a spark plug and it looked like it had never been changed. This was

5 stars just is not enough for Brent and his shop. I had bought a truck from a used car lot that uses Labriola's and had a problem the day I bought it. The truck was towed to Brent's shop and he met us there eventhough they were closed. He kept me informed on what was going on through the whole process. Honest and trustworthy mechanics are unfortunately pretty hard to come by and Brent tops the list of the best. I will with no doubt recommend Labriola's to anyone I know needing work done on their vehicles.

I asked a client if they knew a good, honest, and reasonable mechanic. I was referred to Brent Labriola. He answered his phone every time I called, was polite, professional, and empathetic. What an Exceptional Owner and Repair Shop (Labriola's Automotive). He (Brent), listened to ALL of my requests and Concerns. He Understood everyone of my nuances on my 1996 Impala SS since day one. I initially called the owner to see if he could work on my model of car since it was an exotic import. He stated he could handle this particular car as he was referred to me from a local dealer I know.
I emailed him on a Monday asking if it would be okay to drop the car off (with specific repairs requested) and additionally that he could have it as long as he needed it.
It is now Friday and I have yet to hear neither positive or negative comments from the owner.

I received what I can only describe as excellent service! Brent is a very nice guy! He made me feel like my car was the only car in the shop. They have a really great digital system that shows a picture of your vehicle and the functionality of all its components. He spent at least 45 minutes overall with me on the phone over the course of two days, making sure I understood every detail and the costs associated with the repairs. I sure wish I wasn't from Virginia because I would go to him for everything I need!

They have been taking care of my 2003 Acura. My son inherited it from me and Brent has kept it on the road purring. If you want honesty in a mechanic this is where you will find it. Recently we thought we need tires and and took it to another place in town to get an estimate and were told we needed brakes also. Thank goodness we decided to go back to Labriola's and get the tires because come to find out we had no need for the brakes!

Horrible customer service. Brent was very rude on the phone after telling him that there was still a problem with what he worked on and after I paid him. Drove 2 minute down the rode and had radiator fluid leaking everywhere and he claimed it was my fault. Then when he looked at it the next day and he claimed in was fine. I got it towed out of there to the dealership and they told me it was leaking out the radiator cap that he just put on. He claimed it was test drove. Overall horrible service. His attitude alone was enough to make me not want to recommended him to anyone. Never going back.
