My husband and I have been working with Shera for about five months. We initially found her after a truly horrific experience with another property management company in town. We live Colorado and before our vacation house was to be listed, we ran into some very big problems (with the other company). So I can tell you, comparing our experiences, Shera is truly amazing to work with. She is very responsive to not just me, but with the guests that stay in our house. I have known Shera for about 6 months since my wife and I purchased a little condo in Santa Fe. From the first meeting I knew I had hit the jackpot. We did a complete bathroom remodel and updating of all the rooms, all while I am living in another state. Shera was my trusted general contractor and interior designer; making appointments, meeting contractors and helping us navigate local ordinances to obtain a short term rental permit.
