I'm looking for a sixth star for Jacob and Landseer Management! In a super tight rental market, Jacob really hustled to help us find a place that would be suitable for us. We are moving from Chicago so couldn't do in-person viewings of properties. Jacob facilitated this with virtual viewings via FaceTime. I also was impressed how responsive and attentive everyone at Landseer was, because we had multiple rental companies and apartment complexes who wouldn't even return a phone call. If you are looking to rent in Santa Fe, start with Landseer. Chances are you won't need to find anyone else.

We loved so much about this company - they helped us get an amazing place downtown. There is one woman who works with them, Lenore, who is incredibly un-professional. She has been crass and rude most of the time. We overlooked a rug that was important to us and with us for 30 years, and she instructed the cleaner to throw it away and then upon questioning, stated it was "a casualty of moving". She should have called us to ask...we spoke to her just a few hours before. Secondly, we had strange people dropping by our place when we were asked to show it to try and rent it out so as to take care of

Don Hurst, a property manager at Landseer, has been absolutely amazing. We’ve been renting a house he manages for Landseer for over 4 years. The process for renting went smoothly, Don is always responsive whenever there is a problem, and we’ve been very happy as a tenant with Landseer’s repair personnel and the companies they contract with when they can’t do repairs in-house.

I contracted Landseer to manage my property while I was living halfway around the world. Not only did they perform all the tasks associated with obtaining and managing tenants for my property they also made the process stress-free. It's not easy trusting a company you never see face to face with something as valuable as your home. Landseer put my mind at ease even when problems arose with the tenants. Communication with them was as timely as can be expected when you are on the other side of the planet. Highly recommended.

We have been renting through Landseer for a little over a year now (two different properties) and have so far been really happy with them. The application process is a little bit of a pain (I imagine this is the case at most property rental companies), but once you’re in they’re very easy to communicate with, they do routine maintenance on heat and ac units, and they address even low priority issues (like if you’re missing a doorstop) quickly and professionally without weird arguments about whether it’s a real problem or who’s fault it is and all those things you have to deal with with
