We called to make sure that Internet was available at our site. We explained that we had a very important meeting to attend during our stay and would require Internet. We were assured that the Internet was good. It definitely was not. In fact it was nonexistent all together. There were a couple of servers for the park that had better Connection but the owner refused to give us the password for those. We had no choice but you need to know no matter what they say there is no Internet.

Initially, did not have a good experience here, even though we chose the place based on excellent reviews. We reserved a particular spot, on the creek, and the spot number was specifically spelled out in our reservation. It was not exactly cheap, either. Upon arrival, we were told that something got mixed up, the person who I made a reservation with was not available to clarify things, even though I had a written confirmation with a specific spot number listed on it. However, Sharon at the reception desk worked with us and gave us a discount for the inconvenience, which we appreciated. An attendant

This place is a hidden gem. Down in the valley. Small 40 site RV park. Upon arrival you are given detail direction to rv park. They guide you to your site and help you park and set up. Bathrooms are meticulous, along with the grounds. There are trees, grass, Flowers and a dog park. Very peaceful and quiet. Ten minutes from grocery store. Staff is more than helpful. Only downside is the WiFi it's a hit and miss.
Sedona is 20 minutes away. Flagstaff 45 minutes.

Visited this park for a week after plans to travel to New Mexico were cancelled due to the pandemic. I cannot say enough things about this place. Very clean and the owners were very accommodating. I really enjoyed this park as it was very quiet and clean. If you are looking for a nice place to spend some quiet time I highly recommend.

I chose this RV park because of the ratings, but was very disappointed. Trash area was full/overloaded, only one area to dump household trash for ALL campers, inconvenient. Hook ups were too far apart, thus I was unable to use dump hose while hooked up. Customer service was great, cannot recommend paying for anything more than basics during winter months. River is a trickle unless it’s rained. Space 623
