Tenders a written offer to purchase (or accepts the Sellers counter-offer) accompanied by a good faith deposit amount. Applies for a new loan, completing all required forms and often pre-paying certain fees such as credit report and appraisal cost. Approved and signs the escrow instructions and other related instruments required to complete the transaction.

I can't say enough about the unmatched and personal level of service Rafi offered me and my husband as our Realtor. As first time homebuyers we were completely new to the process and Rafi held our hand every step of the way. He really did his homework to understand what type of neighborhood and home we were looking for so that he could send us properties that met our criteria.
