I called to inquire about getting the handlebars swapped out on my bike. Guy that answered the phone sounded like he just woke up from a nap and this conversation took place:
"Hey man I'm looking to get my handlebars changed out, is that something you guys do there?"
"Ummm yeah but it's really expensive."
"What? What do you mean, like how expensive?"
"Oh like over a grand easy."
"Ok thanks have a good day."
Didn't know the make/model of my bike, didn't know the bars I was looking to get, didn't even bother to get any basic information from me before telling me it'd be over $1000 just to change

Rebuild my sons 400ex cylinder, breaks throttle guilds etc. spent 10 hours on labor and many parts. Seen bill and was very close to his estimate. Professional and honest.
Having small issues with my carburetor on day 1.Chinese brand (Previous owner install). Working over phone to Diagnose issue and offered to look at it at a shop again

Have many years experience with E&R Cycle and Holeshot Cycles in hazleton. I by FAR prefer E&R Cycles. THey are professional, reliable and their workshop is spotless. Those 3 things make the difference to me. How can you trust a motorcycle shop that can't even take care of their own shop with E&R I have faith and peace of mind that my motorcycles and quads will be fixed in a timely manner and correctly.
