We can make it easier and more economical for you to own and operate your powersports equipment. We know that you want to spend as much time on the water as you can and sometimes the season is shorter than we like, but we also offer winterization services. If you need your PWC acid washed or Shrink-wrapped, look no further.

The Showroom Report

Powerhouse Ice Eater units being sent for estimate/repairs should include complete Powerhouse Ice Eater and cord. Most horrendous customer service I have ever experienced. Customers are mocked and chuckled at. Professionalism does not exist at this establishment - please take your half a grand else where for better service.

Put it in for a throttle and idle cable replacement. They ordered the wrong cables twice. Got it back 3 weeks later with broken brake lights and a broken grip.

All of your outdoors power sports needs. Boat and jet ski lifts, docks, jet skis, motorcycle's, atv's, dirt bikes, and accessories they have it all. If you're on the water or a land rider it's the areas one stop shop. Great place with a knowledgeable staff.

Threatens People for telling truth about how poor their customer services is. What person goes and calls a pregnant woman and threatens them if they ever come to another arctic cat store. she going to find out what has happen. Seriously you buy another company you take over all of their clients and everything its common sense and business 101. we have business cards at every computer but when ask for you can prove. and that your owner of your store threaten a pregnant woman seriously. you dont know how to run a business at all. I will be providing all calls to my lawyer. I will not be intimated
