Every one of our technicians has had factory training from manufacturers that produce the appliances being serviced. Ongoing training from all major brands is provided twice a year, in the spring and the fall. The customer will be informed of any repair costs (stacked units, sealed system repairs, tub repairs, etc.) at the time of the assessment.
The cost of parts is also included in the estimate. We feel customers should have the estimate of repairs available to them prior to the repair so they are as fully aware of costs as possible prior to beginning repairs. Expert Appliance Repair Service came to repair my washer and dryer twice and it's still having the same problem, along with lots scratches and dents all over the top of both the washer and dryer that were definitely NOT there before the first visit. Apparently, the repairman got up on top of both the washer and dryer and left dents and scratches. He says he didn't do that, but my daughter witnessed it and I myself saw him lying on them the second time he was here.
The only thing that's ever on top of the washer and dryer are clothes, towels and sheets, and they DON'T SCRATCH OR DENT things. I

DISHONEST! These people are extremely shady over the phone and untrustworthy. They are partnered with major manufacturers such as LG to do repair work on warrantied appliances. However, when Expert Appliance Repair Services calls you at your home to schedule a repair date as they are supposed to do under their deal with LG, they instead make up lies over the phone so that they won't have to do any repair work at all on your warrantied product and then refuse to service your appliance. Don't go anywhere near this business, They are dishonest.
