Every one of our technicians has had factory training from manufacturers that produce the appliances being serviced. Ongoing training from all major brands is provided twice a year, in the spring and the fall. The customer will be informed of any repair costs (stacked units, sealed system repairs, tub repairs, etc.) at the time of the assessment.
