Hearing Health Centers is a family-run business. Over the years, we have expanded to a group of affiliated clinics, which include Nelson Hearing Aid Service and Fairmont Hearing Aid Service. All our clinics share the same mission: to serve each individual patient with the same quality of care that we would provide to our own friends and family.

Audiologists, hearing aid specialists and audiology assistants work together at Hearing Health Centers to provide patients with the highest quality of hearing care. We specialize in the identification, diagnosis and treatment of hearing disorders. Our hearing aid experts are fully equipped to fit hearing aids from a number of top level manufacturers.
Dr. R. David Nelson founded Hearing Health Centers in 1976. It has since grown to include four different clinics in two states. We are honored to serve those in Northwest Iowa and Southeastern Minnesota. Audiologists, hearing aid specialists and audiology assistants work together at Hearing Health Centers to provide patients with the highest quality of.
Our practitioners include Doctors of Audiology, master's level audiologists that have achieved their Certificate of Clinical Competency, licensed hearing instruments specialists with more than 30 years of experience and knowledgeable audiology assistants. Dr. Nelson graduated with distinction from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts degree in both speech and hearing science and linguistics.
