5 star plus company. The table and chairs were very well packed and delivered in excellent condition. We particularly enjoyed being able to talk to real people at 'Wicker Warehouse' who were knowledgeable about all aspects of the manufacture and delivery of our order. The outdoor patio dining set is everything we hoped for, good quality, comfortable and nicely designed.

Customer Service was very courteous, responsive and helpful. We placed our order well in advance of our new home being completed and Wicker Warehouse worked with us on timing for ordering and delivery. The furniture arrived on time and in excellent condition. I've never bought WICKER in my 67 yrs...so i called Bob (reviews say "the owner"?) for some consultative answers. He had no time to review the email i sent showing a competitor's set and does he have anything similar. He didn't stop bragging (in 2 phone calls) about the 100's of customers and orders he has to attend to and maybe listening with "one ear" at best? I guess i was looking for his smallest set so i wasn't worth the time??...and he's too successful to possibly think if i were satisfied i have 2 daughters' homes that may need bigger

Earlier today, I came into the store with my mom. We had a question in regards to a chair we have but we didn't know what kind of material it was and if this store did any type of repairs. Before coming to the store, I took a few pictures to show them. This man was SO RUDE. He wanted nothing to do with us. We were trying to tell him that we had pictures to show him and he refused to stand up and walk over to come look. My mom was then asking another question and all of a sudden, he has his finger up to his mouth shushing her. I found that completely disrespectful and unnecessary. The only

I just realized that our wicker & rattan set is 17 years I old. It is a white painted set with cushions that are (currently) about 8" thick. I am reviewing now because I am shocked that I haven't had to have the cushions remade or recovered. One table has aged slightly but otherwise the paint job is still fresh. This was a great investment.
