This place is amazing. Not only do they have so many options for all sorts of homes, they have the patience to work with you to find out what would be best. We have a small apartment, and most couches are too big for the space, but I was thrilled by my options. Last week, I discovered that our couch that we had past warranty had a year in it, and they sent someone out anyway to help fix it. This is certainly my first stop for any future purchases I make. A+ business!

My wife and I are so happy we discovered Palisades Furniture. We first went last year when looking for a couch, and we were fortunate that Kathy (who has since retired) helped us out. She took the time to understand us, our needs and wants, and our budget. She took her time with us and never made us feel rushed, even when there were numerous other customers in the store. I basically furnished every room in our new house with Palisade, and I couldn’t be happier. Along the way they helped me with each decision, and come move in day they went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready and perfect. I want to start out by saying I’ve never posted a review before; however, the customer service at Palisade Furniture cannot be beat ANYWHERE. I came to this place after reading reviews by others and Mike and Jeanette went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. I cannot praise them enough, not to mention the prices can’t be beat either. Overall, I had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend you visit them if you are in the market for high quality furniture and great customer service.

Just received delivery of our new Kincaid sofa with custom accent pillows. It's beautiful! From the moment we walked into the store, Mike was attentive and helpful but not pushy. He helped us select the perfect sofa for our family and arranged for a delivery date within a reasonable amount of time. The delivery men arrived promptly at the beginning of the 2 hour window and were exceptionally creative when getting the sofa into my house. Turns out our foyer ceiling is a bit low and they weren't able to maneuver it in. So, they took out my family room window, pushed the sofa through that way and

Very well made and the maker delivered a week before the anticipated 6-8 week window, There is nothing like purchasing quality furniture, many steps above PB, C&B, etc. and really not any more expensive; plus you get a wonderful range of fabric, and custom options. This is a wonderful store, staff is great and easy to deal with. They go out of their way to help their customers. Delivery is the best, they will do whatever you ask of them.
