The seed for Offlake Realty & Rentals planted in the mind of founder Bob Orr early in his Real Estate career when he noted that many of his buyers wanted an affordable vacation home to stay in while they searched for a nice second home to purchase. Once they bought, a natural addendum was property management services to keep an eye on their home and to help with rentals.

24-hour online reservations are available at www. OfflakeRentals.com. Should you submit an online reservation you will receive a confirmation call within 2 hours or the next business day if after hours. Offlake Rentals offers 'self-check in' at most homes. Upon payment of your reservation total in full you will receive an email with directions to your vacation home, a unique 4-digit lock code, and our after hour's emergency phone #.

Check-in after 5p.m. and Early check-in may be possible - check with office. Check-out by 10a.m. A "starter package" with four rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, and other niceties is provided. Bring towels for swimming and hot tub use if applicable.

We bought our home through Offlake, and we’ve listed our home as a vacation rental with Offlake for three years. They are careful in screening guests. They are thorough in making sure our home is ready for guests and handle the details so we don’t have to! They also make great recommendations for improvements and help us find knowledgeable professionals for any work that needs to be done.

We have had a wonderful experience with Bob Orr and OffLake Rentals. We purchased two homes with Bob as our realtor, and sold one. In addition, we retained him as our property manager for over ten years. He is genuinely a nice, caring guy who strives to do the right thing for both the owner and the renter. I have had dealings with just about every realtor in the area and this company is by far the most personable and caring. The owner treats his customers, both renters and property owners, like his own family. He is reliable and trust worthy and will do just about anything to make you happy. Stacy is extremely thorough and efficient when making a reservation. Not sure where the negative reviews are coming from. I guess if you don't follow rules and get angry when people don't bend to you, you write negative reviews. I think it is sad that the last 2 reviewers are from the same family and wrote 2

If this review will help one person or family. AVOID RENTING FROM THIS DISHONEST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY !! It is well worth my time to type this
We Filled out all the paper work with them saying one price and told us to go ahead and turn in our 30 day move out notice to our previous landlord and we can move into this house after we did all that now we are ready to move in they rose the price out of our range and I called the office asking why and after days of dodging my calls the head guy yelled at me and told me to never call their office again. Now we are a family of 5 with a disabled son going

We stayed at one of their rentals years ago, and our daughter left behind a beloved stuffed animal. They found it and mailed it back--were so kind. (A couple years later, my son left his behind at a large timeshare rental, and we never got it back. So different! He mourned for months; that was the end of stuffed animals coming on vacation with us!) The place itself was great, too. We're renting another place through them now, and I saw that Yelp had just a few reviews--so wanted to add my experience.

I would NEVER rent through Off Lake Rentals again! Booked a house to sleep 10 for Memorial Day weekend. Two days prior to my arrival, I was notified by Off Lake that the heater to the indoor pool, which was included in our agreement and had a value (per their website) of $150 was broken, and we wouldn't be able to use the pool. They offered 4 - one time use passes to an indoor rec center pool that was 3 miles away - NOT the same as having an indoor pool where you're staying, nor does it cover the number of people staying at the house. I was looking a bit last minute for a vacation house around christmas near wisp ski resort. their website was super easy to use and you could read all the details about the house. I called to make the reservation, and it was nice to actually get a person. we required a dog friendly house, and when they found out it was just a little chihuahua they gladly waived the pet fee which was super nice of them. The house was easy to get into. they have those real estate key locks at the front door where they place the key and change the code out for security reasons. when we arrived there was fresh linens
