SouthPaw Cycles is the premier shop in our area. Friendly staff, good service. Special order parts arrive surprisingly quickly.

The owner, Erik, has great rapport with the manufacturers, which means good warranty treatment, when needed.

He and his wife are involved in the local cycling community, both mountain and road scenes.

Good selection of bikes on hand.

Please note that we have other good stores in the area, but SPC is my first choice.

Top notch store with an excellent staff. Whether you go there to buy something small or large, Erik and crew bend over backwards to ensure they treat every customer like they are their biggest and best client. Best bike shop I have ever been to by far -- and don't forget to visit Cadence, the shop bunny!

I needed to have my bike serviced, adjusted and fitted after movers had disassembled and shipped it across the ocean and land. Erik, the owner of the shop, did my fitting. I appreciated the way he explained why he suggested making certain adjustments now and other possible changes in the future. Erik also was very personable. Being a newcomer to the area, he took the time to tell me about upcoming events and rides, and bike and triathlon groups that I may be interested in joining.

As a grey haired, overweight woman (who used to be a serious rider and hasn't been on my bike in several years), I was impressed to be treated with friendliness and courtesy and not sold more than I needed to get back on the road.

Terrible service. Got in line for the dude to tweak my bike. Once he got to me, he kept getting distracted by other customers, even though I was obviously in line. Put my bike up in the rack, started adjusting the front derailleur, and then proceeded to ring up 5 other customers while neglecting me.
