I was having problems with my bike(it wasn't shifting gears correctly) and gave them a call on a Saturday afternoon. I quickly explained my situation and was told that they are usually doing repairs by appointment only at this time, probably due to the Covid 19. The man I spoke with(Carlo) told me to bring it in since he was in the shop already. I showed up 15 minutes later and he took a look and diagnosed a few things that were wrong. He fixed very quickly and for a very reasonable price. I went for a ride right after leaving the shop and my bike performed much better than it had before

Bike service done right the first time. By far the most attentive mechanical work and fitting I've ever seen. Much more concerned with getting customers the right product and service rather than trying to up-sell. Trustworthy and stand by their work. Great shop culture and group rides. Best shop in town!
