The Harbours Condominiums

Support tickets are answered very quickly. Mathieu Porter is the maintenance worker who has been coming to my apartment when I've had issues, and he takes care of them very fast - he is usually out here within a day or two and has it fixed within 20 minutes. I highly recommend that anyone with issues here puts in a support request for him, as we've been requesting him to come out ever since.

While my time as a resident has been uneventful, there are quite a few vehicle break-ins. Increased security measures would go a long way given the complex is off of Hall Road and close to 94.
Additionally, during uncertain times, it’s disheartening to be in year 2 of a pandemic and the month to month surcharge has been raised by additional $200. There are no other words aside from it’s not right to take advantage of people when they aren’t quite sure where life will take them. I have been a loyal resident for 4 years and was recently told my month to month surcharge it I do not renew my

The Harbours is a beautiful place to live with the grounds beautifully maintained and an abundance of wildlife. I rent a 1200 sq ft apartment with 2 bd/ 2 bath and walk-in closets. The space is perfect for my son & I. We love to enjoy the pools in the warmer weather and the gym access all year round.

The activities that they have are so much fun and they have food trucks come every week in the summer. the property is super clean and safe! The Harbour Apartments are an amazing place to be! I would highly recommend!

The staff is so polite and phenomenal, and I especially remember the leasing supervisor as very nice. The food trucks in the summer are always the best! My family living here always tells me how grateful they are to live in such a clean and great facility.

Went to many events at the Harbours apartment complex and all I can say is that it was a truly great experience. From the Halloween party that was decked out in decorations to the community being involved in so many different activities it was really fun to see. The Christmas decor inside the hall was absolutely amazing that looked like a picture right out of. Magazine. They had a Santa for the kids and some fun activities and a wrapping station. I Will definitely be back. Bunny does does an amazing job on the decorations and making sure the events are polished and fun for all.

Our apartment is nice, 3rd floor with high ceilings. It something breaks maintenance is there to fix it within a day or so. Fun activities, nice pool and a little gym. No complaints!

15 years I’ve been living at The Harbours and finally moved out in Oct 2021. Just wanted to thank the mgt, owners , maintenance and the exceptional grounds crew. You all did a great job and loved living in your community. One of the most relaxing places . I met some great neighbors who became lifelong friends. I’d call in a maintenance request which was always completed in 48-72 hrs. The summers out back by the pond watching the ducks and geese was awesome. I found myself at the pool relaxing where I met more very nice people. I have nothing negative to say . I thank you The Harbours for 15

I’m writing this review for Austin. he is absolutely amazing! he is so kind, patient, and understanding! this company is so lucky to have someone so awesome on their team! he always keeps you in the loop with any issues you’re having ( if you’re having any, these apartments are pretty dang amazing) and will always update you and try to fix your issues asap. he does everything he can to resolve issues and it makes it that much easier to be apart of this community. These apartments are well kept, beautiful view and if you do need maintenance they come in about 1 day. they never fail to update

I have been living at the Harbours going on my fourth year and I enjoy it here! The pools are awesome and the bathroom is clean and well kept. When I put in a maintenance request, it is filled either next day or within 48 hours. I recently put in a service request and Kyle came out. He went above and beyond what was in that request by offering to take my trash to the dumpster. It really does feel like resort living!
