IBCC Industries, Inc was founded in 1983 by our Chairman and President, Paul F. Heiss who brought his engineering talents, entrepreneurial skills and manufacturing management leadership expertise from several years at Allis Chalmers Pump and Compression Division. Since the humble beginnings, IBCC has developed into a full-fledged, one stop operation for those in need of a competitive solution to competitive contract manufacturing.
IBCC has three physical plants engaged in ultra precision CNC machining and assembly. Within these operations we house our material supplier quality engineering, manufacturing supplier quality and fulfilment teams, and of course our manufacturing engineering. Our supplier management certifies and utilizes over 30 suppliers of raw material for turnkey support of our client base.
IBCC India is fully staffed with professional engineers from diversified engineering fields whose breadth of expertise encompasses Forgings, Castings, Fabrication and Assembly. IBCC India has plants in Ahmedabad (Gujarat), Hosur (Tamilnadu) and Pune (Maharashtra), where we manufacture precision machined steel forgings, Iron & Steel castings and other assemblies.
IBCC Industries, Inc is a US owned and operated company with our headquarters in Milwaukee, WI. We are within sight of MKE airport, easily accessed from anywhere in the world. We manage global operations and logistics, as well as customer service for all US customers. Our Milwaukee team supports engineering, development and commercial functions.
IBCC has its own steel foundry producing shell molded low allow steel castings with 900T per month of capacity available. We also offer stainless steel, exotic alloy and a wide variety of iron, ductile iron, and non-ferrous metals from our over 60 certified partners in China and India. We can produce castings in all commercial size ranges and processes.
