Services
Our Citizen CNC Swiss machines are best suited for parts up to 3/4 diameter that may require cross and or back working tools. All of our machines are equipped with long work piece attachments allowing length capacity of 24, high pressure coolant pumps for machining more difficult materials such as 300 series stainless or alloy steels and magazine bar loaders for higher volume production parts.
Our CNC Turning department ranges in capability from Single Spindle 2 Axis machines to Twin Spindle Twin Turret Multi Axis machines. This allows us to process your part on the best machine depending on the complexity of the part. These capabilities combined with our cellular manufacturing layout translate into Superb Quality at an Economical Cost.
These machines are ideal for medium to high volume production. We use 2 different types of single spindle screw machines. The first being our Traub form cutoff machines for producing parts that do not require any inside diameter machining. The second being our Brown & Sharpe screw machines that have a turret on the machine which is used for I.D. machining when required.
We offer both infeed and thrufeed grinding capabilities that we control in house. This allows us a cost and lead time advantage for parts that have tight outside diameter tolerances and or finish requirements. We utilize remanufactured and rebuilt Cincinnati Milacron machines to deliver the highest quality finished parts possible.
Our ISO 9001:2015 Certified Quality Management System insures that when producing your part or parts that there is control through the entire process from initial quote all the way until your order is shipped. We realize quality needs to be planned into the part and therefore utilize APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) as part of our quality system.
