Let me just start off by saying that the menu is filled with great options! I walked in to some great music and refreshing vibes. I ordered the roasted sesame bagel, half cream cheese, half avocado... Unless you are a fan of heavy spreads, I would suggest saying light on the cream cheese and avocado.. it was giving burger vibes. Overall I rate my experience a 10/10!!

They have new owners or something. The 2 girls working there are rude and talk about personal stuff when you order. I’ve been there many times and it happens all the time. The only good thing there is the delivery guy and the young dark haired guy cleaning the tables. The soup was the best, but lately it’s not the same. Sad as this spot was THE spot in BH to go to.

Like others I work in the area and noticed the decline, nothing really bad so kept returning. The day I went in and stood to side waiting for my order, I see the worker pick up an unfinished bowl of soup from a customers table and walk into the back then pour it right back into the pot. I was done...never again. Since that have heard similar stories I won’t get into from people working in the area.

I love this place! Right near my work in Beverly Hills. For a place that is always rather busy, they are super fast and the food is always fresh, delicious and CONSISTANT! If I ask for a side of ranch in my order notes, I never find myself opening my bag and not having it in there, it's little things like that that matter! Love their homemade soups and wraps. I'm actually glad I read the recent reviews bc I feel like many people are noticing a sharp decline in customer service standards.
I ordered for delivery recently and they messed up my order and couldn't even call me to let me know an item was out of stock. They wouldn't answer the phone when I called and they tried to make the poor grub hub driver figure it out even though that is not her job. And it took forever to deal with. This is so not like how it used to be! They were great (even during covid) so it's really strange that it's so dramatically different and unpleasant now.

I was coming out from a survey center after a procedure (many of then down the streets so you will see some nurses and doctors). They had the most amazing and much needed mazo ball soup!!! I've been looking for a good one over a year now and most soups out there aren't truly fresh and healthy (who the hell wants a clam chowder or bean soup when they're feeling down?! )

The only reason I order from this place is for their soup. I've ordered soup for delivery from them plenty of times in the morning without incident.
Today when I ordered soup, it was unavailable. They did not call to let me know nor did they answer the phone when I tried to see what was going on. They made my seamless driver deal with it which is wildly inappropriate because it is not her job to make up for the restaurant's shortcomings. I don't want the food anymore and now I'm paying out the nose for something I never would have elected to order for myself. And its taken

I don't know what's happened here. I've been a customer for over 16 years. Have they changed ownership? All new faces. The new staff-especially the deli counter guys-what happened to the old guy? The cashiers are even worse and seem to be rotating every day. Portions have decreased and prices have increased. The grill is now closed early at 3-so no hot sandwiches or food? They also take the order at the cash register vs the old way of giving it directly to the person preparing the food-so they've made mistakes every single time I've been there in the last 4-6 months. Wrong soups, no salad dressing

It's been a great deli for years but it's definitely going downhill and this is the first time I went there that I got a bad attitude from The staff working behind the counter. I'll chalk It up to All the troubles restaurants are happening during covid and give him another shot they used to be amazing

Great little deli cafe for casual dine-in or take out, offering a variety of hearty soups, fresh salads, and delicious sandwiches. So many fantastic menu items to choose from! I have tried and I love their chicken noodle soup, turkey avocado sandwich, and chicken salad. The workers are attentive and friendly, and they fulfill orders pretty quickly. Keep in mind that there are no public restrooms available for use here.

Wow. I am a regular customer but after today, I'm done. I waited 25 mins for half of a sandwich only to be told they gave my sandwich to someone else and were now out.
Meanwhile every five minutes they would tell me that my food was almost ready and to be patient. Another customer was also complaining about the long wait and they have literally berated her in front of everyone else, arguing with her and slamming her food into a bag. Came in ordered a chicken breast to go , when i opened it it had onions all over the place , went back to the place asked to make me one with no onions( since I'm allergic to it ) got my second order of chicken breast, opened it , it had onions all over it AGAIN , came back in and asked cashier to juts refund me , she was extremely rude and told me to come back on Monday to get a refund

Yesterday I was offered a prep job over the phone via text message by the manger/owner who phone number ends in 9061; today I got to the location 15 minutes early and when I walked in the female cashier with the glasses got smart with me due to miscommunication about my name;then another manager tells me they hired somebody to fill the position;so they are unorganized,very rude, and down right unprofessional. They judged me off my appearance assuming I was just a homeless guy off the street when infact I have a place on the other side of town,I'm from out of town only been here 3 weeks if that

DOG FOOD, they sold me a FATTY FRY BACON SANDWICH AS HOT PASTRAMI SANDWICH -$13.95 , the latino guy made the hot pastrami sandwich in less than a minute, 45 seconds . I told him this is not what I paid for, he started fighting, shouting at me. The Israel cashier guy said nothing, they are all hustling, VERY DISHONEST.

2 bagels with eggs were $30. No cream cheese on one side of the bagel. The other side had a hint of cream cheese. Bad business-not nice to charge $15 for bread filled with almost nothing. I didn’t appreciate this breakfast experience. I wish I can get my money back. Avoid this place. Better breakfast places around for less - upsetting!

Great little family-owned deli in the heart of BH. The staff are helpful & friendly. Matzo ball soup is delicious! Reminds me of my grandmother's style: soft outside, dense inside. We got 2 large matzo soups with chicken, rice, & noodles added, & plenty of Saltines. We also had a tasty Chinese Chicken Salad Wrap, which was a salad in a wrap, including the crunchy wonton crisps. The price was good relative to other delis & location.

First time at Judi's Deli, stopped in for breakfast at 9 am. I was immediately greeted with a kind smile and willingness to help me process the large chalkboard menu. I settled on eggs with 3 items. Oh my goodness, you'd better be hungry. A large plate arrived with the omelet I ordered and potatoes and bacon and a toasted bagle with cream cheese. All delicious. The bagel was fresh, warm with a toasty crunch and a soft center. The omelet was cooked perfectly and healthy, no sign of cooking oil. The staff are curious and welcoming. I picked a table at the window to enjoy the daylight and people watching
