Prior to founding Ludt Payroll, Geoffrey provided contract accounting and consulting services and began his career as an analyst at Smith Barney. Rachel believes integrity is the foundation of relationships. Prior to joining Ludt Payroll, Rachel built collaborative community music schools. Rachel is a mother of five and a teacher, she holds a bachelor's degree from Portland State University.

A native Oklahoman and proud graduate of UCO, Matt started working in HR from day one of his career. With more than 15 years in the profession, he worked in large corporations and small businesses before starting WhyHR in 2014.

Being a small business owner I always have WAY too many things to do in a day. That said, whenever I try to delegate tasks out I end up feeling the need to go back in and check for accuracy and/or quality. Not overly efficient to say the least. I have NEVER felt this way with Ludt Payroll. They are honest, consistent, and communicative and have definitely made my life easier! ;-)

We've been using Ludt Payroll for almost 4 years now and I couldn't be happier. We are a very small company with under 10 employees and Ludt provides a very professional service at a great price. The tools he makes available to you make payroll a breeze and Geoffrey has always been available to help when I have questions or need assistance with a process. Letting Ludt handle my tax payments and reporting takes a huge load off. I wouldn't dream of doing these things on my own when you can getd such great service at this price level.

If I could leave 6 stars I would. Geoff single-handedly saved me nearly four thousand dollars. I had been doing payroll myself for years, but started using Ludt Payroll at the recommendation of a friend. Without being asked to, he looked over my prior setup and noticed that I had been making a mistake for three years. He said he'd re-file and take care of it for me, and I thought no more of it. Imagine my surprise when several weeks later I got a check from the state for nearly $4,000. I was incredulous. I thought it must have been a mistake. I have nothing bad to say about this company. As a new business, we were overwhelmed with understanding the back office of running a business. Thankfully, Geoff was referred to us.
