WARNING! This company will hold your data hostage!
After using the product for over 15 years, I transferred control of payroll to our head office and beginning Jan 1st they would do payroll. When I went to print the T4's on Jan 1st, the option was greyed out. "Customer support" said that if I didn't renew with them then I couldn't access the files anymore. Tried to reason with them, why should I pay for another year when I can't use it. I paid for 2020... shouldn't I be able to generate 2020 files? Very disappointed in this company.
