Ishmael Is the name of the worker that helped me out today, I had stopped in just wondering if I could get some air in all four of my tires. I had informed him of a recent situation I was in and how I needed to drive 12 hours into Texas. He seemed very concerned and helpful in making sure that my car was able to take the long journey. I brought my car in because I needed an inspection done on my car to become an Uber driver. This shop was given to me by Uber as a qualified Uber inspection location. The staff here was super friendly and very helpful. RICHARD did the inspection for me and he got me in an out quickly which I appreciated because I had a very small window of time before I had to be at another appointment. If I lived closer I would definitely bring my car back here again for other needs.

My husband just got some work done on our car a couple days ago and now our car is running like the beast she was when we first got her. The Mechanics work on the cars until they are personally satisfied. The lady in the office will make you feel as comfortable as possible. Its almost as if you become family. I was coming from out of town when I got stranded on the road. Richard was able to take me in and get me back on the road the same day. I had a really important class to attend for work! I was really stressed out. Everyone was polite, clean, and professional..definitely not something I'm used to seeing at an auto shop!

If I can give this place a - I would, I took my Tahoe in since the AC went down, Took it in Richard said it was one thing first time it was $185 ok cool a couple days later AC stops working so we took it back, now Richard tells us there's another leak and now the cost is $650, he offered to refund us, we should of probably took the refund, our bad, WE PAID, 2 days after we got our car, after him fixing it the 2nd time around, AC GOES DOWN AGAIN, we took it back, now Richard is telling us it's ANOTHER thing and the cost is ANOTHER $700 but he's going to "compromise" and

In the process of buying a car with a salvage title and was trying to educate myself on what are California Dmv requirements like inspection etc. spoke to Richard and he took the time to walk me step by step over the phone and never rushed the conversation. The information was very detailed and valuable plus the price is more then fair Compared to other shops I called who just gave me a price and no info. Very impressed with his customer service. I came in from the dealership with an outrageous quote for some simple maintenance. Richard was extremely helpful and gave me a great deal on what the dealer wanted to charge an arm and a leg for. During the repairs they even let me know about 3 other issues the dealer hadn't even seen which could have really messed up my work week. This is my go to spot from now on. Thanks again!

Beware of Felix smog check service...if you find them on craiglist don't even mentioned. You better of paying full rate or you'll be screw. I'd had my car's smog check done with them 2 years ago and pass with no problem. But this year i told them about they're add on craigslist wich is $25 cheaper and my car pass all emissions test but he didn't pass the visual test, according to him my catalitic converters are tampered even do i haven't make any modifications since i bought the car. Now i have to wait 3 weeks to see a referee and end up with expired tags. He

They are quick, easy, resonable priced and above all courteous and respectful. Some places i went were rude and just didnt seem to want my business. Here they were very nice and explained everything to me in detail. Love this place. I need a few repairs done soon so I will be coming back here to get them done.
