After a severe storm in August my roof started to leak. I called MSW Contracting and received a swift call back. Robert arrived the next day and fixed the leaks. He was very professional and explained everything to me. It was a fair price and a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend Robert at MSW to anyone.

They did a great job of repairing and recoating my neglected foam roof. They not only found the source of a leak and fixed it, but built up large portions of the roof to improve drainage and get rid of water ponding issues. A great crew - on time and professional, no nonsense contractor. It was a pleasure to have them on the job and I would hire them again for roofing or any other services they offer.

I have now worked with MSW on 2 jobs. One was a roof installation/ replacement and another was a repair on a different roof. I am so glad i found this company. Right now it is hard finding good companies that do good work. Heck, it is hard to get anyone to pick up a phone and spend a little time with you explaining things. I have not had any issue with our roof or the repair roof. Communication is great! They are fair priced. Show up when they say they are going to and so easy to work with. Robert gave great service and very thorough follow-through. His crew is first rate: on time, courteous, thorough cleanup. MSW corrected blisters, cracks and low areas left from a poorly done previous roofing job. For all practical purposes they have restored my roof to as-new condition. They guarantee their work for five years. I can see why they are confident enough to do this: they do good work. Pricing was reasonable as well.

MSW Contracting is awesome! When it was time to recoat our roof, we called 3 companies to bid. From the time we met Charles, he was hands down the best company. He was on time, had spot on recommendations, guaranteed his work and the outcome was better than we could have imagined. While we know that in some years, we will have to do regular maintenance to our roof, we know exactly who we will call - Charles at MSW. Additionally, his staff was amazing - courteous, timely and were highly knowledgeable!

James called within an hour of finding MSW on HomeAdvisor. He came out the next morning and did an estimate, the pricing was much better than I expected. I needed my home's foam roof patched and resprayed with protective coating, they also did my shed. Everything was completed within four days of first contacting them. Very professional and great work. I had a leak repaired and foam roof re-coated Jan 2017. Charles was on time, personally sprayed the foam to ensure a quality job and he showed me detailed photos afterwards. The price was reasonable. I will recommend them to friends and family.
