At Haglins they are super honest and trustworthy and they do really great work which can sometimes be difficult to find in this industry.

I've been a customer of Haglin for many years because they are honest, sincere, friendly, and do excellent work. This time, my rear windshield had literally EXPLODED after the vicious windstorm (that caused the tragic historic fire). Even though the first windshield they installed also shattered (and bloodied the installer! 😬), they didn't increase my bill beyond the original estimate! Idk how they did it, but I truly appreciate it and my new windshield looks great!

Had to have the auxiliary cable fixed as the fan was not blowing out of the correct area when selected. They reconnected the cable and no replacement was needed. This was done at a fair price and only charged a discovery fee. They are efficient with communication via text. I like the quote and invoice process. They initially forgot my discount but quicky corrected it. Had my oil changed as well with no issues. The owner even gave me a ride home in snowy, blustery conditions after dropping off my car for the repair. I recommend Haglin Automotive.

Great communication around the inspection and proposal for work, which were all handled efficiently over email/text. No pressures upselling. I blew my spare tire on a Sunday afternoon and parked in front of the car wash near Haglin, but didn't know about the shop or anything in the area. I returned the next day on a bmx bike knowing I had tires and the original rim in my trunk that could be mounted, but thought I would have to bicycle with those, asking/looking for a shop. That's when I discovered Haglin and the work was quality+fair.

My daughter was in Boulder for the summer and heard a noise from her brakes. Haglin auto did a complete inspection and determined no repairs were needed. Honest, an appropriate and we'll deserved description of this business is not enough. They addressed our concerns and without pressure suggested we take care of some other minor issues. There is no greater feeling than being able to trust your mechanic. Thank you for easing a worried father's mind & taking care of my daughter like she was your own. Every time I called for questions or updates, they were extremely kind and helpful. They allow you to pick up your car after hours which helped me a lot. Their online system for viewing recommended service on your car is also extremely convenient and user-friendly. I had a transmission fluid exchange and flush done, and my car runs as good as new. The cost was a little more expensive than what I’m used to, but the quality of service was good so I didn’t mind as much.

The staff was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. I have never received such a thorough inspection report from any other shop! Took great care of my vehicle and maintained communication with me every step of the way. Comfortable atmosphere if you need to wait for repairs, but you can get a ride from their shuttle service if you need to. Overall, great experience! Will return for future needs and would highly recommend!

I am in complete awe by their level of service to clients. I have not used Haglin before but found them on yelp since it was close it my job. I called to make an appointment for an oil change and they offered to come get my car and return it while I was still working! They had my car back within an hour! Chad was very personable and really cared about what my car needs were. 10/10 recommend for any automotive needs!

Once again, Haglin Auto exceeded my expectations by going beyond the call of duty. I originally brought my 98 4Runner in for a couple significant oil leaks and a serious front end problem with 'shimmy upon braking' at 268,000 miles on the vehicle. They expertly addressed the oil leaks and steering/vibration issues and even performed a follow-up check of the vehicle (at no extra charge) to ensure the vehicle was properly repaired.

I had the transmission in my 2008 Honda CRV replaced, and all in all I had a positive experience at Haglin. The part in question was a tough one to pin down as it was only used in 2008 CRVs, and the communication between the parts seller and Haglin left something to be desired (which I mostly accredit to the seller), but Steven was quick to get me into a loaner vehicle and Dana (the owner) was very helpful and responsive when the lack of communication was brought to his attention.

I'm surprised at all the positive reviews. Like someone else suggested--they must be writing those reviews themselves. This shop blatantly ripped off myself, my son (who has Aspergers) and several people I know. The customer service (service managers??!) were so unprofessional in a "HA! GOT YOU!" kind of way.
I actually do have training in mechanics and know a lot. But if you rely on others because you don't have the tools--sometimes that training just doesn't help-- and in this case--it didn't. It was business as usual for Haglin.

New to the area and had some transmission troubles. This shop was recommended by another shop in Boulder and I am very glad I gave them a call! Jeff, and all the staff, were very professional and just provided superb customer service. I loved the text with the diagnostic report and prices. Super easy and convenient. No pressure, gave me options, and were just plain honest and upfront. Highly recommend Haglin!

On a roadtrip from one coast to another, our 1974 Chevy bus got a hole in the brake line, and some brake fluid leakage. Haglin had our bus for about two days total, and managed to fix approximately nothing within an adequate time period. Once they'd fixed the brake line and returned the bus, we realized they hadn't addressed the issue of the leaking fluid at all. Back we go. When FINALLY the right part was ordered (after one failed attempt), we realized a pane of glass had been shattered on the newly restored bus - and no one fessed up to it.

Haglin is good for super easy maintenance like oil changes BUT DONT GO HERE FOR MAJOR REPAIRS.
They will nickel and dime you to death. I've been there multiple times for my EuroVan, and the last repair they quoted around $900 and days later the bill was $3200. I showed the paperwork to a reputable VW mechanic in Boulder and he said I got so ripped off.
The free chips and soda in the lobby don't make up for overly priced repairs.
