After calling this place home for over 12 years I was sad to say good bye. I have to admit the staff and team was nothing but good to me. With the minor hiccups you get with wherever you live it was a great place to come home to, besides the parking. The pool parties in the summer and the camp out movie nights along with the trick'o trunks for Halloween were some of the memorable highlights of my stay. I will miss Luis, Getzy, Gizelle, and most of all Ms. Donna. Thanks for everything.

Extremely Noisy
I do really like this apartment complex and living here, however, for the price that you are paying monthly for rent, you would think this environment would be more peaceful. Pretty much every single day without fail the gardeners start with their machines at 8am. They continue with their machines until about 3pm and some days even later, every single day. It is a daily reoccurrence where my kids cannot even do their distance learning classes online because the extreme noise outside. And if you ever try to sleep in? You won't even get the chance. I would not recommend these

1 word ROACHES. WORSE apartment ever if I could give it 0 stars I would. Roach infested overpriced rent . We had to have our apartment sprayed 3 times within the first 2 months. Apartment managers are the laziest creatures ever. Donna especially worse manager ever. Parking sucks and they increase rent on the people whom they don't like I would never stay here again and I'd advise nobody to ever stay here. Everybody has had a problems with roaches and they try and downplay the roaches to water bugs like it shouldn't matter what type of bug it is nobody wants to have bugs in this

This place is horrible and the manager is nasty. Btw it's not roaches, it's pincher bugs- see The two pinch things at the end of it's body.. anyway just thought I would give you guys the correct name.

Roaches everywhere no matter how clean you are they are everywhere !!!!

Roach infested place! Roaches everywhere you can literally step on them when you walk through the pathway. Parking also sucks. No street parking unless your willing to walk half a mile

I lived here for a year and my living experience here was not the best. To start, I was renting a 3bd 2b apartment yet this apartment only came with one parking spot, the rest is either street parking or unassigned spaces inside the complex, both a nightmare if you have more than one car. You would assume so if you're renting a 3 bedroom unit. My roommates and I each had a car and my roommates spent so much time looking for parking inside and outside the complex. Street parking is very scarce as well and if you're not very familiar with the street signs be prepared to get a few parking

I recently moved out of the Sherwood apartments after living there for almost 2 years. I'll start off by saying that the staff at Sherwood Apartments was very welcoming and attentive to all the residents needs.

A week after I moved in to the Sherwood apartments my bike was stolen from my patio. I reported this to the office and they said they were documented but unfortunately there's no cameras all over the grounds that would have seen who took my bike.

A few months later while sleeping at night I was woken by a very large waterbug (this place is infested with water bugs). In my ear

The experience at Sherwood Apartments has been great. The staff Getsy, Giselle, and Donna have been so helpful and exceed great customer service. They have been a joy to work with and are very accommodating.

Maintenance requests are always taken care of in a timely manner and the unit is very well maintained. The location is perfect and there are even some great amenities on- site, like grills and a pool, work out room that make the community even more enjoyable. The environment is very clean and well maintained by staff. I highly recommend Sherwood Apts.

This is the manager who gives everyone a hard time about follow rules but yet she can't follow them. There is a rule that if you walk your dog u need to have it on a leash. But she can't follow rules she's always walking her dog without a leash this is not the first time I see her. She is so rude she doesn't know how to talk to people.

This is a beautiful, well maintained property. The leading consultants are professional, personable, helpful and bubbly. Getzi made me feel welcomed, gave us a tour and answered all of oir questions.
This property has gorgeous units. The master bedroom is huge and the kitchen is immaculate.

So my sister and I moved here on 2/1/17 and I have to say I am loving this place. It definitely feels like a home everyday I walk in the house. It's really comfortable, the dog park is absolutely amazing because of the size and just the community itself, there is tons of shops and stores near by.

The parking is the only disadvantage but where I'm from a parking structured wasn't even a option. So I can deal with this. As a apartment tenant you are spoiled here in a good way.

I've stayed at other places and by far this has been one of best for my budget.

We recently moved to Sherwood after living in a house for 7 years. Because we had to downsize, I was very concerned with space. (I refuse to pay for a storage unit)

After being almost 95% unpacked, I'm pleasantly surprised at the space that's left over.

The property is gorgeous and maintained daily by a number of maintenance workers

With the pools, laundry facilities, workout room, playground and recreation room, I'm happy with my choice to move here. The community is also family and pet friendly so that's a major plus.

The only drawback is the parking situation. There

This place has horrible parking! During the summer there are roaches outside in like every corner! I even found one roach inside my BEDROOM. I also found a mouse in the kitchen and we keep our place super clean all the times. They give ONE parking spot for almost everyone and the wait list for another parking spot takes forever. We lived here for a year and still didn't get another parking spot!!!
Our sinks garbage disposal was broken about 6-7 times and the week we are moving out... The garbage disposal STILL doesn't work so we can't use it and it made our place smell.

I've lived here for a little over 3 months now and I must say that the time has flown by. Time flies when you feel comfortable in your own home. Reading the other reviews, I most definitely had my doubts and skepticism about this place, but I was moving out to attend Cal State and I needed a place to live ASAP and they were more than accommodating when it came to my situation of finding an apartment.

In response to those reviews, I have no doubt that there is an essence of truth to them, but I also do know that the complex is definitely trying to change that stigma. There are tons of families

If I can give this place no stars I definitely would! This place is horrible! I repeat this place is a horrible place to live! First off if you love roaches then this place is perfect! You'll find them in the kitchen, bathrooms, and crawling all over your bedroom. Not to mention you'll see a bunch of HUGE roaches in bunches as you walk to your car. They're everywhere! Not a fan of roaches? How about possums? You'll most definitely see a possum or two hanging out in the parking lot.
