Yes, pets must be under 50 pounds fully grown. Pet immunization and license records must be submitted prior to move in with pictures of pets. There is an additional deposit of $250 per pet and a $75 per month pet premium per pet required. A maximum of two pets is allowed. I just moved in to this property but I can honestly say everything has been pleasant so far. They keep the grounds extremly clean and neat and they do things for the tenants. They just gave all the kids in the complex a back pack with school suplies. I was and am extremly grateful. So far so good. Thank you AMC/ Northwind.

Amazing property! New management goes above and beyond to make this residence a pleasure to live at. My wife and two children have lived here since 2017. We have seen the property go through some much needed changes. The street parking is non-existent, but the city provides a nearby parking structure the we have guests park at when visiting. We simply ride them there, and bring them back to their cars when they leave. The maintenance and groundskeeping is always extraordinary. This is important to us since it is a pet-friendly residence. My family and i have been living here a little over a year . We moved right at the peak of covid. This place is so much better than our last apartment and the managing company they used. For one the office staff is always available when you call or email they answer or respond right away and if not they follow up compared to our last apartment managing company which would literally give the run around until right before rent was due. When i request maintenance to be done the maintenance staff literally comes the same day if not the next and completes the task . Maintenance always is so friendly

Hardwood floors, good appliances, fantastic maintenance. Parking is a hassle, but that can’t really be helped unless they purchase property around them. Every other amc property has amenities except for this one, but they are very quick to repair the laundry facilities and any issues you may have with your apartment. The only hitch is that there are a few bugs. But, If you have your apartment regularly sprayed (provided for free), it becomes a rarity that you ever see one.

I tried to back out from my application because I started reading reviews of this place and when I ask for my deposit back they told me they weren't giving it to me. They took my money and stop answering my phone calls. I'm still trying to file complaints but in the application itself it says if you change your mind of the place they will keep your money so be prepared for that. All I read about this place is cockroaches and crappy management, plain as day. If you're planning on renting here please don't.

If this could be negative one star it absolutely would be. Moving into this complex will be your biggest nightmare. Management is not responsive, not organized, pays no attention to detail and overall a pain to work with in our experience. In the first month of move in we had all of our appliances break and need repair. Every single appliance. To top it off we ended up moving out on month two after coming home to our living room ceiling leaking water and flooding our entire living room. We made a total of 4 request to have this problem fixed before finally breaking our lease because the problem

Just pass on this place and I'm glad I did. Something just felt so incredibly fake. Upon entering the office, there was another tenant there reporting her car being towed. The manager was like im so sorry..sounding so fake. His a$$ isn't sorry... As if he cared. Sorry I'm not dumb..i immediately just left.

The property is always well maintained and clean. We haven been living here for almost 5 years. Our apartment is one bedroom. We will move out this month. The staff/ apartment manager is the best. When my apartment needed to fix something, he sent the guy to fix it right away. If you could, get the parking inside and pay extra additional for another parking. Parking on the street is terrible. It's so hard to find street parking in this area.
The rent here is reasonable. It increases every year (?) I don't remember exactly. Well...Every apartment you rent increases.

The area is on the rise. The manager of this property has run the gang bangers away. The property is always well maintained. I love my community. The staff is the best. You get a lot of bang for your buck. I do wish they still had a rent payment drop slot. I also love that there are 3 great liquor stores within a short walk, in case I'm ever thirsty.

This is the third apartment I've had since moving to the area a few years ago. I stayed at the gondolier apartments in Long Beach and rented from Belmont brokerage (both horrible). The Northwind apartments have been the best place I've stayed at.
Everyone here is friendly and says hi to you, maintenances is nice, comes quick, and respectable. The manager Rich is also amazing, super friendly, approachable, and helpful.
The only downside is that some people will hang out on the stoop outside the apartment all night being loud and people will sometimes park in any spot they think is empty
