HAVEN is a full-service home staging company based in and serving Chicago. We provide staging services for vacant and partially occupied spaces. HAVEN also offers video consultations for occupied properties. We stage empty properties with our on-trend furnishings or combine our inventory with clients' own furniture - condos to single family homes, entry-level to high-end.
Only 10% of home buyers can picture the potential of a home. If you are hoping to sell a property that is vacant, you may find that buyers can have a hard time realizing the potential in a home that is empty. Haven was incredible and absolutely INVALUABLE in assisting us with the sale of our home. We originally listed with one realtor and although we did everything she asked us to do, we had relatively little traffic. Switch realtors, he recommended HAVEN and Brad was over the next day. I had their report by that weekend with recommendations including the list of what they needed me to do as well as what they would do/bring in. They did a great job utilizing and repurposing what I had, but they also knew exactly what to minimize and hide/eliminate for maximum impact. They were incredibly timely and

We used Haven home staging when selling our Bucktown home. They were fantastic! Julie came out and looked at our home and came up with a beautiful plan which was executed to perfection by the team. We also dealt directly with Cheri (the owner) who was great to work and communicate with! Staging our home with Haven got us much more than we would have gotten without staging.
