My wife interviewed a number of stagers over a six month time period, seeking advice in preparing our home for sale. Our staging came in two phases - phase I was selection of paint colors, light fixtures, and a general plan for furniture and room theme. Teresa and Abode Home Staging was interviewed for Phase II -- which involved furniture, room theme, e.g. do we use this space as an office or a dining room, accessories including art. My house involved a long living room which seemed to flummox all stagers, except for Teresa, who came up with a plan that showcased the room to best advantage. My

Theresa was patient, professional and caring on addressing the move for my Mother in law from independence living to assisted living. Mage had great ideas on how to work the smaller space and was helpful with dealing with our family in the process.

All I can say is wow! I cringed at spending the money on staging but after I saw her work I know I made the right decision. I have a studio apartment that I thought would sell itself..great location, updated, beautiful floors but it’s been sitting on the market. Teresa made it look like a vision from a catalogue! She has an amazing eye and I am confident this is going to help me sell it. She was also the most reasonably priced and worked within my budget. My only regret is that I won’t be able to call her every time I’m shopping to get her opinion! Thank you Teresa you are so talented!!
