Established in 1989, we are the largest independently-owned collision repair center in Hampton Roads. CarStruction is located at 642 Woodlake Drive in the Greenbrier section of Chesapeake. This is right off of interstate 64 using the Greenbrier North exit. We are near Wawa! We work with all insurance companies, for auto repair service and in fact, we are a direct repair facility for many insurance companies.

Great service! I brought my new truck in for some bodywork through my insurance and things couldn't have been smoother. The staff greeted me upon entry, I waited no time at all to be helped and it took just a minute before someone walked out to my vehicle to look over the issues. The paperwork was smooth and seamless. Quick turnaround time and the communication was amazing throughout. Most importantly, the work was too notch. I live in the next city over, and likely would have just chosen something a few minutes closer to home, but I would absolutely use them again.

The quality of work done is great. I was in an accident and Carstruction got my truck looking like new again. I appreciate that and I’m grateful. When I received my truck back, they had cleaned it and wiped it down. One of my only issues I had here is the fact that inside my truck they left behind some sort of white powder/residue all over almost everything. It has been easy to clean but it is still in places I can’t reach. The only thing I think needs improvement is reaching o it to customers for updates. Otherwise, I would recommend this place to anyone. The front desk was really nice too

I had my car repaired here after an accident for a week, and it was returned not completely repaired. I called them to let them know the discrepancy, and was lied to. Matt said they replaced the part but Priority Chevy sends them scraped up parts. They didn't even touch the part and it was in the same condition and position as when I had dropped it off. Totally unprofessional, and I am insulted that they would think I believed this comical lie. Now I have to go to another auto repair shop for them to fix this part, and inspect the work that was done because if they returned my car in that

******If you are like me & read the reviews before choosing a location. Then dont waste your time with this shop. I can say that I would NEVER use this shop again. Rear end job on a high end vehicle... the work was POOR & YES I am Serious about my car. & when you know a "little" about body repair the panels lining up matter.... I had to return twice & to this day I am still waiting for a New emblem. If you are Detail Oriented Do Not Use this Shop. They Are Not!

This auto body shop is top notch. Matt is the guy I go to to get things done. He is polite, professional and always so helpful. I've taken my car there about three times now and they have always treated me the same way. The waiting room is very nice coffee and microwave are included. Plus enterprise picks you up and takes you to their office around the corner to get a rental if needed. Car structuring is definitely the place to go for car repair!

I got in an accident and this place was on USAA's list of places I can go. I chose it because it was close to my house. I dropped off my car for an estimate. I read reviews about people getting things stolen from their cars so I took all of my valuables out except for my Michael Kors wallet because I received it as a gift and I didn't like it anyway. So I left it in my glove box. When my car was deemed totaled and I went to go get the rest of my things from the car, the MK wallet was gone. I'm not mad that it's gone, I'm more upset that it's their business to work

This place is the worst. I took my truck in for what most shops would consider minor work (mostly some scratches along the sides of the bed, a bunch of scratches on the tailgate, and some small dents on the tailgate). They had it for a week and I went to pick it up. They did all of the dents on the tailgate but, left one tiny dent that could've been knocked out with an extra minutes worth of work, so that was the first thing that irritated me. Then I get it home and look at it in the sun and see all kinds of issues. The side has all kinds of scratches in the brand new paint, which look like

Sadly disappointed with this place. I recently was involved in a minor fender bender where they had to replace the drivers side door. When it was returned the door mirror wouldn't work except in one direction. They ordered a new mirror which so happened to be the wrong one(different connector) so they ordered a new one with the proper connector and that one doesn't work either. You would think that the installer would at least test it prior to turning the car back over to me, but no. I'm sitting in the driveway trying to adjust it and we're back to square one. I was hit at the parking lot of Taco Bell waiting for my turn at the drive thru window. Car Struction did a great job taking care of everything. I was able to get my car in for an estimate the next day I called. The whole process took about 30 minutes. After several days, the parts came in and I was able to drop my car off at Enterprise and they were able to get me in and out within15 minutes or so. Initially, I dropped my car off at Car Struction, someone picked me up from there and dropped me off at Enterprise to get my rental.

Horrible horrible customer service. car that was brought in took waaaay to long for a quote and then was not informed that it was done and ready til after a car was rented because of the tardiness of the companies front office in letting me know the car was finished. complete disorganization and very unprofessional in handling the situation
