Holistic health and lifestyle coaching is more than just learning about food. We'll learn about nutrition for your specific body type and goals, but we'll also put a focus on the foods that nourish your soul. These are called Primary Foods. Primary foods include being in balance with your career, spirituality, relationships, finances and emotional stability.

There is not a one-size-fits-all diet. Today people feel compelled to align themselves with a diet theory which creates guilt and shame when we "cheat". I'll teach you to take the guesswork out of creating a healthy, sustainable lifestyle based on your body type, goals and desires. Being in balance with your Primary Foods makes it easier to fuel your physical body to have the energy and confidence to live your best life!

As a health coach, I support my clients to make step-by-step changes to their food and lifestyle so that they can permanently reach their goals.
It was a corporate wellness program that changed my life, and I enjoy doing the same for others. As a holistic health and nutrition coach and corporate wellness educator, I develop wellness programs for companies interested in the health and well-being of their team. I love helping companies reduce their health care costs, boost employee morale and improve productivity in the workplace through wellness talks and activities.
This 21-day, seasonal, real foods detox is not a colon cleanse or some weird lemon juice/cayenne pepper starvation liquid diet. I have never done one of those to be honest - I would not be able to because I LOVE food! This detox is based on real, healthy food and everyone who has completed this detox with me has had amazing results.
I'll provide you with the meal plan, shopping list and meal prepping tips to be successful. From green smoothie challenges to clean eating meal plans, Gluten Free, Paleo, Vegan or Vegetarian recipes - I will help you come up with healthy ideas for you and your family! Meal planning and prepping is an important aspect of reaching your health and fitness goals.

Christine is amazing! She provided me the tools I have always wanted through the Keto diet so I can start losing weight. Christine also emphasizes that we listen to our bodies, and go about our diets in a healthy way, which I like. Christine is absolutely amazing! I met Christine at a time where I was all things to others, but not taking care of myself properly. I wasn't eating often enough, and when I did eat, I made very poor food choices. I was not sleeping well at all, and drank too much coffee and/or energy drinks to supplement feelings of sluggishness. My hope was that she would help me make long-lasting changes about my food choices as nutritional value was not my strong suit. I wanted to look good, feel more energetic, and regain control of my life.

Christine helped me reach my goals and develop llifestyle changes that don't feel like a diet. I'm not hungry and and I don't have to pay stringent attention to everything I eat. I've had stomach issues on and off for the last few years, and could never figure out why. I had two upper endoscopies done, with both showing mild gastritis and suggestions by doctors to then take medications. I knew Christine was helping others with similar issues and so I wanted to see if there were other options. She was able to help me figure out what triggers were causing my inflammation, what anti-inflammatory foods to include in my diet, and what I needed to limit. We are a family of 5 and I was having trouble balancing everyone’s different nutritional needs. I actually came to Christine first because of my oldest daughter working out so much that she didn’t have enough body fat to have a regular cycle. She is a teenager and does multiple club and high school sports. My other daughters also have high activity levels, but on the opposite end was me - wanting to lose weight.
