After 30 years in healthcare, I along with so many others now realize that health and wellness are more than simply an annual health check-up or a doctor's appointment to address a singular physical symptom. It is about the whole of you - your emotions, your mental environment, your inspirations and passions and your physical health.

Four Directions Wellness has become a wonderful resource for me. I recently completed Mara Benner's class Personal Empowerment through the Chakras: Mind, Body & Spirit and had a phenomenal experience! Mara is very knowledgeable and creates a welcoming and warm environment in which to explore all things mind, body, spirit. I would absolutely recommend!
