I was looking for a new dry clean place cause my usual spot closed down. They are so nice here. I had a white dress that had stains on it for years that I only worn once they were able to take out all the stains. It looked new. I was happy. This is definitely my new favorite dry cleaners. I will be coming here often. If you have some where to go I recommend this place you get great service. Your clothes will feel and look new.

I wanted to find a dry cleaners because I bought my bridesmaids dress second hand. I looked up reviews and Walnut Cleaners had really great reviews. I was warmly greeted as I entered, the lady at the counter made me an account so I could receive an email receipt as well updates through email and text when my dress was done. I received a call on the day that I was supposed to pick up my dress, I was told my dress had a pretty bad stain. They wanted to know how I wanted to process because they cleaning product they used could alter the color of my dress. I really appreciated the call and still went

I dropped off a stack (8 winter jackets) for dry cleaning here about a month ago and was pretty happy with the service. I'm glad it's open during Covid and that they have proper measures to keep you safe with the plastic shield keeping you and the staff safe, and marked spots on the floor to keep social distance.
I was greeted by a kind lady who helped with my order and everything was reasonably priced for the dry cleaning. If you pay everything when you drop off the clothes, you also get a discount! It took about 5 days to get my stuff back and I did not receive a call when it was

The staff here has been incredible for every visit. They suggest what is best for you and your clothes. Make sure you are getting what you need. Not necessarily what you think you want. Even though one option I wanted would have net them more money, the owner advised against it and said it was best for me to choose option B. Which was actually cheaper !
The cleaning they do is incredible super efficient. Clean. Steamed to perfection.

I needed to get a long bridesmaid dress dry cleaned and was asked to bring it in to get a price quote. I was reasonably quoted ~$20 and the yelp coupon for checking in online was honored. What I liked about the experience was that they were friendly, reliable, and were upfront that not all the stains would necessarily come out completely. They told me it would be ready in about 5 days and would contact me when it was ready; sure enough, they emailed me on that day to let me know it was ready for pickup. Pick up and friendly and smooth and I'm appreciative that they open at 7am for early birds

Would like to start by thanking the owner. I cannot even explain how grateful we are to this place. Our wedding gown was at the store and we couldn't make it before store close. We tried to reach out the owner through social media. We thought that's it, need to find another gown. To our surprise, the owner saw our posts and quickly responded us. They drove miles away to open the store just for us to get the wedding dress. Such a humble owner. I am so much grateful to them. Not just that they cleaned our dress so neat but the help they did for us, will always remember. I highly recommend

I recently got married and had been thinking about getting my dress preserved and having my husbands suit cleaned. I found Walnut cleaners on Yelp and called to get additional info. The guy on the phone was extremely nice and answered all of my questions so I decided to take our items there. We got there just a little bit before they closed so we didn't want to keep them from closing, but Amir assured me that he wanted to make sure all of our needs were met. We didn't feel rushed at all. Honestly, I don't think I have had a better customer experience with dry cleaning than this one

Terrible customer service. I told the lady I wanted to use their 10% off order Yelp discount and she would not apply it because she didn't know how. She just kept telling me to come back and pay later with the offer, even though I kept explaining to her since the offer was marked as redeemed it had to be used within 4hrs. How do you not know how to apply your own business's promo?!

Parking can get tight, but there are 2- 15min parking spots right in front which helps a lot for drop off and pick up.
Staff is always very nice and helpful.
They offer 5%off if you pay right away, OR there's the Yep check in for 10%off entire purchase.
They also sell suit travel bags for $6 if you're one who travels a lot. ( I've only seen it in LIME GREEN)

The short: Happy to have found a good local spot for dry cleaning
I came in with two outdoor jackets with really dirty cuff stains and a down comforter. The guy couldn't guarantee that all the stains on the jackets could be removed. That was fine with me as long as I could see a difference and it looked relatively clean.
There is a 5 day turn-around for my items. I picked them up on the 7th day. The jackets were remarkably cleaner, almost as if they were brand new! The comforter felt nice to hold again.

I just got my wedding dress cleaned and preserved here and I am extremely satisfied. I kept my dirty wedding dress for 4 years and kinda forget about it because I moved couple times. I finally decided to bring the dress to Walnut Cleaner after reading great reviews here.
The dress had a tiny yellow food stain in the front and the train was super dirty. They said that they will do their best to get rid of the dirt but can't promise anything which I understand and didn't expect much.
