This dealer is a straight up joke. Customer service is beyond terrible. This place only care about the money, no concerns whatsoever about the customers. The sales person BROCK is a sweet talking SCAMMER and full of FAKE promises and plays tricks that he thinks are not noticeable. The financial team is a bunch of old clowns who thinks they are geniuses. They do their own inspection on cars they have and that way they get to hid what's really wrong with the car. If you're going to buy car here, spend a little money to have it inspected somewhere else before purchasing .

All I kept hearing through the she's prices was that Albrecht Autoland is part of a larger entity like it's a perk, but I've seen no example of how. This is my 6th vehicle purchase (the first from them) and I've never had a bad experience before, however this one has been terrible.
Every time someone said I'd get a call, it never happened. It's impossible to reach anyone by phone, even with their personal number. The simple fact that there is zero communication unless the customer forces the issue leaves me feeling that customers are not important to their business. On top of that, the salesman

Place is a joke. Talked to a Raymond and all he cares about is getting your credit card info. Was interested in a vehicle and because I wasn't interested in financing or handing over credit card I never got call back. Originally went in to look at vehicle and it was falling apart. They said it was "going to be fixed" then that's last that was heard from them. Sent 1 message simply asking if had heard anything and couldn't even be bothered with response. Better to take advice from rest of bad reviews this place has and shop elsewhere.

These folks are the best. I do not have the best credit and they got me a great loan. I owed more on my trade then it is worth. Other dealers didn't give me the time of day. These guys are different. They care. They took the time to help me. I may not be rich but they made feel important and that my business mattered. It took me a while to find the car that was right for me.
