I had been driving the same car for 23yrs and was not looking forward to the whole car buying experience. My anxiety was laid to rest as soon as I met Mark. Very nice guy. Very helpful, no pressure. He walked me thru the whole procedure and had me in my new car in no time at all. It was a pleasure doing business with him. They are awful. I called in to check if I can test drive a car. After going there we waited in the No man’s lobby for close to 30 minutes. No one even cared to come and atleast tell us we had to wait. It was the worst customer service. This place was recommended to me by a friend who bought his car from them. But the service I got was beyond awful. If this how you are going to treat your customers kiss your business goodbye. Btw I was ready to buy your Cadillac after the test drive. I would rather take my business elsewhere. No courtesy or customer service. Just stay away.

These guys are great! Mark worked with me to get me into a perfect match for my commute despite my near non-existent credit. He explained everything along the way, didn't attempt any shady sales tricks, and was very patient with my lack of understanding about pretty much anything to do with finance. Really happy with the Honda I got and the price I paid.

We purchased a 2011 Chrysler 200 Convertible from Marshall's Auto Sales for my mother this past Spring. She wasn't necessarily in the market for a car but we knew she would LOVE to have a convertible similar to one she previously owned years ago! A blue Mercedes caught my eye so I stopped by to inquire with Anthony about the car! The Mercedes was BEAUTIFUL and in amazing condition - he could have easily sold me on it! Instead, he asked about my mother (would she be driving the car year round? how complicated of an interior would be be comfortable with? etc., etc.) With all that info, Anthony suggested
