My husband and I went to the Lolo store to get one of their beautiful platters. While we were there, we started to look at some of their gorgeous rugs because we were in need of a few to “finish” our home. We were unsure of exactly how many and what sizes were needed but we had a sense of the look. Ari spent quite some time with us showing different designs and sizes. Aiden, Mel, and the rest of the team are awesome. From the moment we walked in the store to the time they left our house with the new rugs, they were so helpful, nice, and knowledgeable. Their rugs are seriously like nothing I’ve ever seen before. We had the most amazing experience with Aden and his staff at Lolo Rugs. The owner Aden made choosing a rug the most seamless and awesome experiences. He first came to our home to see our colors, suggest a size and see the layout of our room. The next day he came back with at least 10 rugs for us to see in our space. This is all free of charge and with no obligation or pressure to buy from them. He wanted to make sure we ended up with something we absolutely loved. We ended up with the most perfect rug for our space and we'd been on the hunt for years. We will definitely be a repeat customer.

I bought a light fixture for my wife on our anniversary. It took me a few tries and several trips to Lolo to get everything just right for what is now the centerpiece of our entryway. Mert was amazingly patient with me as I replaced the fixture twice and swapped out bowl after bowl trying to get the perfect arrangement. Attached are some pictures of our final piece. I browsed the beautiful city of Boulder with my family a few weeks ago and we walked into Lolo Rugs & Gifts. My newly turned 11-year old daughter lit up when she saw a gorgeous mosaic table lamp. It was beautiful and we decided to buy it for her birthday. I live in California and the store shipped it to me. My daughter was ecstatic when it arrived. First thing is that I'm picky. I had been looking online for months and in stores whenever I was outside of Alaska. I wasn't expecting much from the small store but I instantly fell in love with a rug. It is a solid blue but the mix of wool and silk creates a range of shades. I couldn't decide between the dark blue with a light blue nap or the light blue with a dark blue nap. In the end I bought them both. Then I looked for a sofa and brought fabric samples over to see if they were a good match. Aytekin, the owner, was helpful in very way he could be and never stress because

Bought an expensive rug from Ari at Lolo. He promised to deliver the pad within a couple days. That was over a month ago. Called many times and said he would deliver the next day. Never shows up. I am tired of wasting entire days at home waiting for Ari to show up. All he had to do was say he's a liar and never intended to bring us the pad and then, at least, we wouldn't be waiting around for entire days for him to show up. I'm sure we were completely ripped off on the rug as well seeing as how he's a shyster. BEWARE!!

We realized we had never seen the shop before and decided to take a look. Such amazing service!!! They offered to bring the rugs we were interested in to our home at no cost to view them against our furniture, floors and walls. My home had some flooding and the rug my mother had given to my wife and I was damaged. It was pretty upsetting. My mom suggested that I "go to Lolo's". She's my mom, so I listened and went to Lolo's.
My rug is a small 4x6 rug from Turkey. When I entered the beautiful store, I was surprised at all the attention I received. Aytekin explained to me that they could clean my special rug. They knew that this rug was important to me and did not try to sell me a different one. I was so happy.

What a warm and wonderful experience shopping for rugs is at Lolo's. I had my first fives star experience with them a few months ago as I was trying to find a perfect rug for my master bedroom. Lolo's has a huge selection to choose from and they are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I had Lolo create a unique lighting centerpiece to my living room. I couldn't be happier with what they created (see picture). The installation team came to my house and consulted with me on which globes I wanted and how it would look. They installed it and were very patient and took the time to get it just right. This is one of my favorite store in Denver! They have an amazing selection of handmade home decor such as lights and fine rugs. They also have different type of soaps which i am in love with. I have a sensitive skin and my skin couldn't look any better since i start to use their handmade soap. It moisturizes, cleans and creates a luxurious spa experience. When I move out to my own place, Lolo Rugs and Gifts will be one of my most primary hot spots to purchase beautiful, glowing and romantic lantern lights and rugs. We had been looking for unusual, different, and colorful pendant lights to go over our kitchen counter top. After visiting 4 large lighting shops with no luck, we stumbled upon Lolo.
