Services
This is the time of year we begin to prepare for the upcoming New England fall. This is the time of year to aerate and overseed your lawn to help overall root health and development as well as filling in thin and bare spots in the lawn. Our schedule fills up fast for these services so if you want to plan on having them done contact us know to ensure you get on the schedule in time!
Our program is designed to drastically reduce the numbers of potential disease-carrying pests, such as ticks and mosquitos. This service includes monthly applications recommended April through November. This cultural practice enhances root growth by alleviating compaction and adding oxygen into the root zone among many other benefits.
THE GOAL OF OUR LAWN CARE SERVICES is TO USE ORGANIC PRACTICES THAT FEED THE SOIL and CREATE A STRONGER, HEALTHIER GRASS PLANT. All our programs seek to use progressively less pesticides and nitrogen as the treatment plans progress. Completely organic options are available, including a full season of organic fertilization provided over 5 visits at no additional charge.
Setting action thresholds or determining at what population levels action needs to be taken against a pest. This will vary based on the plant/pest combination as well as aesthetic considerations of the plant and its place in the landscape. Monitoring and identifying pests on plants. I just completed my 2nd season with Grassmaster Plus and the results have been great. My lawn was in bad shape, even though I watered regularly. Too many weeds, grubs and poor soil. They told me it would take 2 seasons for my lawn to return to a healthy green state. I was skeptical, but after 2 seasons they results are great. My lawn looks fantastic!

When we first moved into our new home ~3 years ago, I was mowing part dirt in my front yard and I had NOTHING but dirt in my back yard. Within 2 seasons of Grassmaster servicing my lawn I have a plush, green lawn in the front all season and a back yard with grass for my kids to play in! I receive multiple comments from my neighbors about how nice my grass is (and this coming from a neighbor who is meticulous about his lawn).

Last Spring was our first in our new home. One morning I found an invoice at my door for fertilizer application. Turns out, the previous owner didn't cancel their service. It wasn't Grassmaster. It was one of the big chains. The invoice seemed expensive to me so I decided to compare some other services. I chose Grassmaster, based on price, quality of products, and safety of products.
Grassmaster offers the best value in lawncare.

We started using Grassmaster Plus a few years ago and it's the best thing we ever did! Our yard used to be loaded with ticks and since using this service, not a one! We even have 2 dogs so this has been a god-send. The technician always leaves a note and a sign so we know it's been serviced. I would definately recommend to anyone ;)

This was our first year with Grassmaster Plus after having issues the last few years with national brands(no names mentioned, LOL). I decided to go with a small local business and boy, am I glad I did. Phone calls are always picked up promptly and by a human and concerns are taken seriously and address immediately. Kudos to Grace who seems to be the wonderwoman to handle issues from service to invoices and it all. Highly recommend this company and they will have my business for 2022 for lawn and pest control. Very disappointed with Grassmaster Plus. My grass is looking worst now. On top of it, I was being charged for services that were either half done or not performed at all. The only great thing about this company is their receptionist, Grace (I believe), as she is very accommodating. If you do use this company make sure to be home when the services are being performed.

Beware of doing business with Grassmaster Plus. Very shady ethics!
We have tried to have a simple billing error corrected 3 times over 6 months. No dice.
Our Issue --- We were a long time customer of both their lawn service and their tree service and paid them tens of thousands of dollars over the years.
In early to mid March 2020 we informed their lawn division that we were moving on March 15 and discontinuing service and asked them to also pass this information along to the tree division. Apparently they forgot to notify their tree brethren.
Despite the prior notice that we were moving

I have purchased a program to include lawn and shrubs care. Cost was exactly $3372.00 for the season. The program included deer protection which by itself cost me exactly $800.00!! Deer ate the shrubs to the various degree and about 9 shrubs went fully dead for deer damage. Gerry (owner) came over and made an agreement to replace dead shrubs. Based on this agreement I renewed the service contract for year 2013. Gerry didn't do anything about replacement damaged shrubs regardless of multiple reminders. I shorted payment for services in amount of around $900 that is approximately cost of shrub
