For example, all your medications that are to be taken in the morning will be packaged together in one pack.

Went through their drive through for a Covid test for a friend. He claimed he followed instructions and waited 20 minutes for a result but no lines came up. Called the pharmacy back and they gave me a courtesy test (different brand) to give to him. I appreciated this as it could have been either a faulty test, or maybe he didn't do it right. The customer service was great either way during an already inconvenient time. Thank you.

Main Street Pharmacy in Danbury has been my go to place for medication for years now. This local business offers convenient services and always provides me with excellent customer service. Rarely get my prescriptions right. They are constantly throwing in another RX that my doctor previously cancelled or changed. They also rarely give me the plungers with my needles even though I constantly remind them that I can't "blow it into my muscle" by mouth! Worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I will soon be transferring all my RXs to another pharmacy.

Was promised to get prescription delivered yesterday afternoon because I had missed delivery earlier because we are not notified when to expect delivery. Delivery never came yesterday. I called this morning at 1130 am was told sorry delivery will be right there. Here it is 130pm no delevery called again sorry it will be there by 3PM

The worst pharmacy. they keep filling my insulin and delivered it twice in few weeks without asking me. 6 boxes each time. i did not want them to fill anything, they still filled and delivered. i have a stock that i dont know what to do. they did the same with all my other meds. overfilling and billing my insurance. avoid this place if you can. originally i went there to fill some other meds that i never got.

The staff at Main Street Pharmacy is friendly, courteous, professional, cooperative and any other positive adjective that comes to mind. They listen to your concerns (i.e. can't pick up Rx) and come up with a solution (i.e. they'll deliver). They offer "Dispill" (pre-poured medication similar to "Pill Pack") at no additional cost and will even follow up with your doctor(s) when prescriptions need to be renewed or replaced. I have never had a bad experience with this place.
