I thought this pharmacy was good the first time I used them. After that it went downhill. They have the worst people there answering the phones. They cut you off when speaking and they don’t care if they are nasty. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you can void them, don’t use them.

I only gave this pharmacy 1 star because they used to be good. I used to love the Windsor pharmacy Bayside location. They were reliable, short in-store wait times, and quick delivery times. HOWEVER, ever since COVID, they moved to the Syosset location, and never have the needed medications, even the basic antibiotics. But what’s worse, is that when they don’t have the medication, instead of calling to let you know, they have you waiting for it for days with no communication.

Actually not sure how this pharmacy is charging me $61 for my prescription/medication. I switched to CVS pharmacy literally right across the street and I was able to buy it for $10. extremely shady practice from this pharmacy or extreme incompetence. highly suggest you not to use this pharmacy and use cvs pharm right across the street.

Extremely rude customer service. If I could give a negative review I would. They answer the next day and can never answer my questions properly rather they go around the boat. I've been dealing with them for 6 months and it's one I'm so glad I'm done with. I've been dealing with a guy name Travis who's extremely vile and rude he acts as though I'm always by my phone.

Extremely rude customer service. I’ve been waiting for my medication for almost two weeks now when I called to get an update today a men answer the phone and was extremely rude and hung up the phone on me. That is not how you talk to people! Windsor pharmacy management please educate your customer service staff!

Bipolar Marci needs to seek professional help ! Instead of purposely abusing csr workers, she need to focus on reversing and filing insurance claims when patients cancel their order, so that they can have their prescriptions processed at their local pharmacy! She keeps forcing customers to accept an excessive amount of prescriptions, even though they keep repeating that they don’t need it ! Just so that she can process her unwanted coupons. WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE ! My cousin and i will NEVER use Windsor pharmacy again! My doctor said ask for a man working there the name start with T. He sound crazy and rude. He said he would call me back. When I call after 5 days he kept on lying to me saying he’s mad at me because i never answered my phone. My cousin is also a patient there who said he treated her the same way too and never called her back and said he would. She said she thought she dialed a psychiatric ward by mistake. We both check with our phone company they said this man is lying , he never called me or my cousin back

This place is not friendly at all especially the lady that’s usually on the cashier with the glasses. She is extremely rude and unwelcoming and doesn’t even offer an apology for not having what I wanted or helping. The cvs however has everything and friendly staff and I will keep going over there instead.
