Most patients have had pain in their abdomen at one point in their life. Usually the cause is treatable and not serious, but abdominal pain may be the sign of something more serious and ensuing complications. It is crucial to get an adequate diagnosis and subsequent treatment to sidestep complications if the abdominal pain is chronic and doesn't go away.
Adhesiolysis is the treatment used when scar tissue has built up along the spine causing pain. It is also called epidural adhesiolysis. When scar tissue builds up, it can cause root compression at the nerve, which can cause severe pain. When nerve roots get inflamed or irritated, it can result in chronic pain.
Cancer pain, much like any other type of pain, is transmitted by your nervous system. You can think of it as a natural warning system, directed by your nerve endings when they detect something is wrong. The pain you experience is directed through an intricate array of pathways that lead straight to the brain, signaling it to trigger pain.

After 2 years of trying to get relief from low back pain with pills, lotions physical therapy and acupuncture I went to Premier Pain and Spine. After the doctor looked at my MRI he saw the problem and set about fixing it. Personally The PRP injections have done the trick for me. It is amazing how they give you more mobility but even more amazing how they change your mood and out look on life. So grateful!

I was in extreme pain but the young lady that I spoke with was kind and patient. I had left a message as a new patient to schedule and she returned my call promptly. Once I came for my scheduled appointment I found the receptionist polite, pleasant and informative. She explained the COVID19 protocol again as she had on the phone and I filled out the appropriate papers. All of the staff I met were patient professionals as I walked and maneuvered gingerly in pain. The assistant to Dr. Amish Patel was so patient and didn’t rush me as I explained my car accident history which wasn’t the reason

The primary way to communicate with them is thru voicemail. In my experience, they answer the phone less than 50% of the time. Sometimes they call you back, sometimes they don't.
I got frustrated so I cancelled my future appt, paid my bill in full, and I thought I was done...not so fast.
They did not credit my account so I received a bill...for an amount I already paid.. eight weeks later.
I called to rectify the error. I had to leave a message, during the week, during business hours.
I was hoping these people were out of my life...

I have been to a several other pain management centers in the past and Premier pain and spine is by far the best. The office staff is friendly, personable and professional. The doctors are empathetic, knowledgeable and proficient with injections. I do not feel rushed through appointments. I'm given ad much time as I need. It would be completely a pleasure to visit the office if I didn't have so much pain!.

Premier Pain and Spine physicians are truly the most compassionate doctors office I have been to. The doctors are very thorough when It came to my medical history. They explained all my treatment options in a way that I could understand and feel comfortable and confident in my plan of care. When you struggle with chronic pain it is so nice to come into an office that is compassionate, thorough, and above all there to help. Great experience from the time I checked for my appointment to the very end.

This is a factory. They churn people through their injection machine with only a minute or two of actual doctor consulting time before the shots that, if you look at the data, work for less than half of patients.
Billing is opaque. I know insurance plans are terrible at clarifying what they pay and don't pay, but billing procedures here make it worse. Suddenly, a full year after services, you'll get a new bill for over a hundred and under a thousand dollars "upon further review of your file." It seems obvious to me this is their normal billing scam.

I met with Dr Amish Patel and team today for the first time with lower left back pain. Everyone was incredibly professional, caring and Dr. Patel expertise was just what I needed! Got trigger point injections even today and will be getting SI Injection by his colleague, Dr. Dasgupta on Friday (yeah insurance with no auth needed!) I feel much better knowing I'm now I'm in their care as my last pain doctor was a nightmare.

Dr. Dasgupta is the best at giving spinal injections in my opinion. I went to a different clinic and it had no effect. After he preformed the procedure. I noticed a benefit the same day. The office is very limited it terms of scheduling however... its hard for regular 9-5pm employed people to work with their mon-Friday 9-4pm schedule. If they would extend their hours or see patients on Saturday then it would definitely be a 5 star rating.

These people are incredible. I saw Dr Dasgupta, following a recommendation from a friend. He is knowledgeable and courteous and extremely professional. Within a day the pain I had in my neck from a herniated disc, that I had dealt with for months, had gone. I thoroughly recommend them. The staff are wonderful.

I've had knee injections before for OA but Premier Pain is the leader in patient care in this regard. Very thorough pre-injection patient screening and during the procedure I was given the utmost consideration in a clinical setting. Staff and doctors are prudent and have the highest standards for patient wellness and safety. I am glad to say these injections were almost pain-free and administered with minimal discomfort. I look forward to my future appointments with Premier Pain & Spine to alleviate my knee pain!

I have now been under the care of Dr. Arpan Patel and his Associate Julia Chevron coming up on a year. During this time I have been cared for undergoing spinal fusion surgery . I cannot say enough about their total concern for my comfort offering me ease of movement and range giving me back and helping me in achieving total quality of life, along with my surgical team.
The office staff and nursing staff are kind and generous with their time making me feel comfortable and also that I matter.

So far my experience with Premiere Pain & Spine has been a wonderful thing. (I will re-evaluate in due time, lol)
Since I was 5 years old I have suffered debilitating, Chronic Migraines and Neck pain. I had a lifetime of complacent Doctors who were quick with a Script and Slow to a SOLUTION or the very least a way to Cope. I am 47 years old now and have been in pain MOST my life. Throughout trying to treat my problems, I have been treated, by some of the Medical Community, as a criminal wanting only drugs. No help, just judgement. Pharmacists have threatened me, called me names in PUBLIC across
